Lisnato testo rastanjiti i podeliti na dve kore. Prvu koru staviti sa podignutim ivicama u podmazan pleh. Nadev spremiti od 4 jaja, dodati pavlaku,seckanu šunku,iseckanu i proprženu slaninu,kačkavalj i šampinjone izrendane na rendetu. Po ukusu staviti origano i začiniti. Rasporediti nadev po kori stavljenoj u pleh, pokriti drugom korom, premazati umućenim jajetom i peći na 200 °C dok ne porumeni. Po želji,pitu možete ukrasiti i posuti sa susamom. Ove rupice (kao vulkančiće) napravite da bi para izlazila i da se gornja kora ne podigne.

Filip like it the most, so we named it after him.
Ingredients needed:
1/2 kg of puff pastry
200 gr of button mushrooms
200 gr of ham
200 gr kačkavalj ( cheese)
100 gr bacon
oregano
spices
5 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
Roll puff pastry and separate into two parts. Place first dough into greased pan with edges rose up. For the filling use 4 eggs, add cream, chopped ham, minced and sautéed bacon, cheese and grated mushrooms. Depending on taste add oregano and spices. Arrange filling and cover with another piece of dough. Brush finished pie with egg and bake on 200 °C till nicely golden color. If you wish you may garnish baked pie with some sesame seeds. The holes that you see on top were made for steam to evaporate during baking so that top dough wouldn’t puff up.

brza večerica koju bi mogao čak i moj muž da spremi :D
Potrebno je:
200-250 gr sira
200 ml jogurta ili kiselog mleka
150 gr kornfleksa
2 jaja
soli po potrebi
Sjediniti sir, jogurt i jaja. Posoliti po ukusu. Ako vam je sir slaniji onda i ne trebate da solite. Dodajte kornfleks, lagano promešajte i izručite u podmazanu tepsuju.
Tepsija mi je bila od 28 cm i zato mi je "burek" bio tanji. Verovatno bi bilo još lepše da se peklo u manjoj tepsiji.
Stavite da se peče u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 35 minuta.
Izvadite iz rerne,malo prohladite, a onda poslužite uz jogurt ili kiselo mleko.

Combine cheese, yogurt and eggs. Salt as needed. Add corn flakes, stir and pour into greased baking dish. My baking pan was 28 cm so my burek was a bit on thinner side. I believe that it would look much nicer if pan was smaller. Place in preheated oven on 200 °C and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven; cool a bit then serve along with yogurt or buttermilk. Potrebno je:
250 gr lisnatog testa(1 ploča)
1 manji paradajz
1 mladi luk
2 jaja
50 gr trapista
6 tankih šnita bekon slanine
Na pobrašnjenoj podlozi razvući omekšalo lisnato testo na 15 x 30 a onda ga podeliti na dva dela da se dobiju dva kvadrata od 15x15 cm. Odgovarajuće okrugle,vatrostalne posude podmazati,staviti lisnato u nju,tako da čoškovi budu podignuti na gore 1. Paradajz iseći na tanke kolutove i po 4 složiti na oba lisnata testa 2. Mladi luk sitno iseckati i staviti preko paradajza 3. a onda na sitno izrendati trapist 4.
Tri tanke šnite bekon slanine složiti u krug, kao zid 6. U sredinu staviti jaje 7. a onda opet trapis i ako je preostalo još luka 8.
Zagrejati rernu na 220 °C i peći oko 15 minuta. Ostaviti 10 minuta da se prohladi ,a onda služiti uz čašu jogurta ili kiselog mleka, u posudama u kojima se peklo.

Children wanted crêpes for breakfast, but the two of us wanted something “stronger” :)
Ingredients:
250 g puff pastry (1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed)
1 smaller tomato
1 spring onion
2 eggs
50 g Trappist cheese
6 slices bacon
On floured surface shape and flatten puff pastry (15x30cm / 5.9x11.8inch), then divide it in two. That way you get two squares 15x15 (5.9x5.9). Grease proper matching pans, transfer pastry in it leaving the square angles up (picture 1). Cut tomato into thin slices and put 4 slices on each pastry (picture 2). Put thinly sliced spring onion over tomato (picture 3), then sprinkle it with shredded Trappist cheese (picture 4).
Wrap three slices of bacon in circle, like a wall (picture 6). Add egg in the middle (picture 7), sprinkle it again with Trapist cheese and with remain spring onion (if left) (picture 8).
Preheat the oven to 220 °C (430 F) then bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool down for 10 minutes then serve with glass of yogurt.
U mlako mleko i vodu staviti kvasac i šećer i ostaviti da kvasac nadođe. Dodati so i sa brašnom zamesiti testo. Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da testo nadođe. Nadošlo testo premesiti i sa oklagijom razvući koru u pravougaonik. Sa margarinom premazati testo,a onda ga urolati. Rolat ponovo razvući na 1 cm debljine i seći trake oko 2,5 cm širine.
Pleh podmazati sa margarinom i posuti brašnom. Na dnu pleha ređati traku do trake sa malim razmacima oko 3 mm.
Umutiti preliv pa sa njim preliti preko traka tako da preliv uđe između njih. Prvih 10 minuta peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C, a onda smanjiti na 180°C i peći dok ne porumeni.

Ingredients needed:
450 gr of flour
150 ml milk
150 ml water
1/2 cube of fresh yeast(20 gr)
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
For dressing
3 eggs
200 ml sour cream
100 ml yogurt

100 gr margarine
In the lukewarm milk and water, put the yeast and sugar and leave to foam. Add the flour and knead the dough. Cover with cloth and leave the dough to proof. When proofed roll them into a rectangle.Coat dough with margarine, and then roll it. Roll the dough again in thickness of1 cm thick and cut into strips about 2.5 cm wide. Grease the baking dish with some margarine and sprinkle with flour. Line the bottom of the pan with strips with approximate 3 mm intervals.Whisk in the dressing and pour over strips so it will soak into the dough. Bake for first 10 minutes in preheated oven on200 °C, and then lower to 180°C bake till turns golden color.
Pravougaonu,dublju tepsiju nauljiti,potom kore za pitu pojedinačno savijati kao harmoniku (cik-cak) i slagati u tepsiju jednu do druge. Šunku sitno iseckati i posuti preko kora. Posebno umutiti jaja, jogurt ulje i prašak za pecivo. Začiniti po ukusu i dobro izmešati.
Pripremljenu mešavinu preliti preko kora i malo protresti tepsiju. Staviti susam. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C dok ne porumeni.
Pita (pastry) with bacon
Ingredients needed:
500 gr of phyllo dough
120 gr of ham
100 ml of oil
4 eggs
1 baking powder
700 ml of yogurt

Grease rectangular baking pan with higher edges. Then roll dough individually as harmonic flax (zigzag) and place them in prepared pan next to each other. Finally mince ham and sprinkle over crust. Whisk eggs, yogurt, oil and baking powder. Flavor by taste and stir well. Overflow prepared mixture over dough and shake a pan a bit to level it evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °Ctill nicely golden color.

Opet dve kore poprskati sa uljem, složiti jednu na drugu i premazati sa dve kašike senfa. Preklopiti sa trećom korom i premazati sa dve kašike majoneza. Naneti četvrtu koru, poprskati uljem i prekriti listovima blitve ( slika 2 ) Preko blitve staviti predhodno pripremljen rolat( slika 3 ), sve zajedno urolati i ostaviti sa strane.
Opet dve kore poprskati sa uljem,složiti jednu na drugu i premazati sa dve kašike senfa. Naneti treću koru, premazati sa dve kašike majoneza i prekriti četvrtom korom. Posebno umutiti 2 jaja i sir,začiniti po ukusu i premazati preko četvrte kore ( slika 4 ). Naneti predhodno pripremljen dupli rolat i sve zajedno urolati.
Pleh obložiti papirom za pečenje, položiti pripremljeni rolat i premazati umućenim jajetom. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C dok ne porumeni.

Ingredients needed:
500 gr phyllo dough
6 tablespoon of mustard
6 tablespoon of mayonnaise
8 filets of baked red peppers
2 sprigs of Swiss chard
200 gr of cheese
3 eggs
100 ml of oil
Seasonings
Splash some oil on two phyllo dough’s. Place them on top of each other and smear over some mustard. Cover with third dough and smear over with mayonnaise. Cover with fourth dough and splash some oil. Cover with peppers and roll in (photo 1). When roll is ready set it aside.
Splash some oil on two phyllo dough. Place them on top of each other and smear over with some mustard. Cover with third dough and smear over with mayonnaise. Cover with fourth layer, splash some oil on top, and cover with Swiss chard’s leaves (photo 2). Place finished roll over the leaves (photo 3) and roll in.
Splash oil on two dough’s again. Stack them on top of each other and smear with some mustard. Place third dough, smear two tablespoons of mayo and cover with fourth dough. Whisk in eggs and cheese, season according to taste and smear over fourth dough (see photo 4). Top it with roll made ahead and roll in all together. Line baking pan with parchment paper, place big roulade in and coat with egg wash. Bake in preheated oven on 200 °C till golden.
Praziluk iseći na kockice a šampinjone na listiće. Na malo ulja propržiti praziluk kako bi omekšao, potom dodati šampinjone i začiniti po ukusu. Dinstati dok šampinjoni ne omekšaju a suvišna tečnost ne ispari.
U odgovarajućoj posudi sjediniti sir, 1 jaje,prašak za pecivo, pa dodati dinstani praziluk i šampinjone. začiniti po ukusu i promešati. Po dve kore za pitu poprskati uljem, složiti jednu na drugu i iseći na četvrtine. Na svaku četvrtinu kore staviti po kašiku fila, bočne strane malo preklopiti ka unutra i urolati. Na pleh staviti papir za pečenje i poređati pripremljene pituljice. Premazati umućenim jajetom, posuti susamom i staviti da se peku u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C dok ne porumene.
Pies with cheese and leeks
Ingredients needed:
500 gr of phyllo dough
300 gr of cheese
1leek
200 gr of button mushrooms
2 eggs
1 baking powder
150 ml oil

Sesame seeds
Mince leaks into small cubes and mushrooms into slices. Sauté leeks in some oil so it will soften, add mushrooms, and season according to taste. Cook till mushrooms soften and excess water evaporates. In a bowl add cheese, 1 egg, baking powder, sautéed leeks and mushrooms, season according to taste. Splash some oil each two pieces of phyllo dough and place them on top of each other. Cut them into quarters. On each quarter of crust put a spoonful of filling, fold edges of the dough a bit in and roll. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange rolls onto a baking pan; coat them with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C till golden color.
Ovo je staro srpsko jelo, koje liči na pitu ili na naslagane palačinke. Neko je zove razljevuša, a neko razlevnica ili filija. Najlepša je kad se sprema pod pekom ,ali je izvrsna i kad je pečena u rerni. Da bi se napravilo ovo staro ukusno jelo,potrebna su 2-3 sata, ali vredi utrošiti vreme u spremanje iste.
Potrebno za testo:

300 gr mekog brašna
200 ml mleka
100 ml vode

250 gr starog kajmaka
1 kisela pavlaka
100 ml ulja

Prvo pripremiti testo za razljevušu. Umutiti prvo jaja, a onda naizmenično dodavati brašno, mleko, vodu i na kraju so. Testo treba da je glatko,nešto gušće od testa za palačinke.
U drugoj odgovarajućoj posudi,pripremiti nadev. Izmešati kajmak,pavlaku, ulje i posolite po potrebi. Tepsija u koju se peče razljevuša,treba da bude manja, a dublja. Tepsiju dobro zagrejati u rerni, pa u njoj razlijte jednu kutlaču testa i stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 250°C.Tepsija treba da bude što bliže gornjem grejaču, kako bi se testo bolje ispeklo i dobilo koru.
Pecite nekoliko minuta, dok testo blago ne porumeni. Izvadite iz rerne, koru premažite jednom ili dve kašike nadeva od kajmaka i pavlake, , prelijte preko toga ponovo kutlaču smese za testo i ponovo vratite u rernu. Tako radite sve dok ne utošite testo i nadev. Kada je sva masa u tepsiji, spustite je na dno rerne, smanjite temperaturu i pecite još 15 minuta. Gotovu razljevušu,pokrijte čistom krpom i ostavite malo da se prohladi pre služenja.
Razljevusa ( salty cake )
Dough:
2 eggs
300 gr flour
200 ml milk
100 ml water
salt
Filling:
250 gr (kaymak) cream
1 sour cream
100 ml of oil
Salt
Whisk eggs and gradually add flour, milk, water and lastly salt. Dough should be smooth and a bit greater density then batter for pancakes. In a separate bowl prepare stuffing. Mix kaymak, sour cream, oil, and salt as needed. Casserole dish in which you will bake razljevusa ,should be smaller in size but deeper in height. Heat casserole dish in hot oven, then put a ladle of batter and place it back in preheated oven on 250°C. Baking dish should be as close to broiler (top heater) as possible so it will bake better and faster. Bake for few minutes till nicely golden color. Remove from oven, spread one or two tablespoons of cream mixture, pour another ladle of batter over it and put it back in the oven. Keep doing this until all batter is used. When you used the entire batter place casserole dish on the bottom of the oven, lower temperature and bake 15 more minutes. When baked, remove from oven and cover with clean kitchen cloth. Let it cool a bit and serve while still warm.
Kiselo mleko, šećer, griz, ulje, vanilu i prašak za pecivo zajedno izmešati i napraviti preliv za kore.
Kore podeliti na tri mesta po četri kore.
Na svaku koru staviti po pet kašika preliva,a onda na poslednju četvrtu staviti preliv i višnje. Urolati kore ali nemojte mnogo zatezati neka bude labavije. Tako napraviti tri savijače. Staviti na pleh na koji smo stavili papir za pečenje,a između svake savijače nema ima razmak. Svaku savijaču premazati sa uljem.
Rernu ne morate uključivati ranije,već tek kada stavite savijače uključite na 180 °C i pecite oko 45 minuta.
Kada je gotova,ostavite da se ohladi, pa je tek onda secite i po želji pospite šećerom u prahu.
Cherry strudel
Ingredients needed:
1 pack of phyllo dough
3 cups of buttermilk
300 gr of sugar
200 gr cream of wheat
200 ml of oil
2 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
500 gr of cleaned cherries
Mix together buttermilk, sugar, cream of wheat, oil, vanilla, baking powder which will be the topping.Separate phyllo dough on three different sides each containing 4 pieces. Spread 5 tablespoons of topping on each dough, and on the fourth one spread layer of topping and cover with cherries. Roll in but make sure not to roll it too tight. Make three strudels the same way. Place them next to each other on the baking tray lined with paper, making sure not to have any space between them. Once you place strudels in the oven, turn the temperature at 180 °C and bake for 45 minutes. When it’s baked, set aside to cool, slice and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Sir dobro izgnječiti,dodati kajmak i dobro umućena jaja. Posoliti po potrebi.Dodati kiselu vodu,ulje,prašak za pecivo i sve dobro promešati. Podmazati tepsiju i na dno staviti jednu koru. Svaku koru umakati u fil, gužvati, malo ocediti i ređati u tepsiju. Tako potrošiti sve kore, a jednu ostaviti za vrh. Dve kašike od fila (koje smo odvojili) pomešati sa 2 kašike ulja i sa time premazati gibanicu pre pečenja. U slučaju da vam je ostalo višak fila,prelijte gibanicu pre nego što ste stavili poslednju koru. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C. Pri kraju, isključiti rernu, izvadite gibanicu, poprskajte je vodom i vratite još malo u rernu. Gotovu gibanicu, izvaditi iz tepsije i pokrijte čistom krpom da malo odstoji i omekša. Flaky savory cheese pie
Ingredients needed:
1/2 kg phyllo dough
300 gr cheese with more fat
150 gr kaymak ( cream)
4 eggs
200 ml of mineral water
200 ml of oil
1/2 pack of baking powder
Salt
Mash cheese well with kaymak (cream), and whisked eggs. Add salt according to taste. Add mineral water, oil, baking powder and stir all together. Grease casserole dish and place one sheet dough on the bottom of the pan. Dip each sheet into filling, wrinkle it, slightly squeeze and arrange them in the pan. Follow the same process till you have used all of the sheets dough. Keep one on the side for top. Two tablespoons of filling (which we separated) mix with 2 tablespoons of oil and brush over gibanica before baking. In case if you have any extra filling you may pour it over gibanica before you place last sheet on top. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C. Towards the end turn off the oven, remove gibanica, splash some water over it and put it back in the oven a bit more. When ready get it out of the pan, cover with clean kitchen cloth and let it rest a bit in order to soften before serving.
Vodu i ulje zagrejati do ključanja, a zatim ostaviti da se prohladi. Odvojiti na 3 dela po 6-7 kora. Svaku koru poprskati sa mešavinom ulja i vode. Slagati koru na koru. Poslednju koru 6. ili 7. poprskati sa prelivom, direktno izrendati na koru 1/3 oljuštenih jabuka(ne cediti jabuke). Preko jabuka rasporediti 2 kašike prezli (može i griz), 3 kašike šećera i cimet po ukusu.
Uviti kore po široj strani. Prebaciti na pleh obložen pek papirom i svaku pitu dobro premazati sa uljem. Od ove količine kora, uvek napravim 3 pite. Staviti da se peče u zagrejanu rernu na 220°C a onda smanjiti temperaturu na 200 °C. Kada su pečene,pokriti sa suvom i čistom krpom. Kad se ohladi,isečite pitu na parčiće i pospite sa šećerom u prahu.
Apple Pie
Ingredients needed:
500 gr of phyllo dough
1.5 kg of soured apples
sugar
breadcrumbs
cinnamon
Syrup:
200 ml of oil
100 ml of water
Heat water and oil together and let it come to boil. Remove from heat and let it cool. Seperate dough in three parts, each containing 6-7 sheets of dough. Splash each one with some syrup and start piling them on top of each other. Last sheet 6th or 7th splash with some syrup also and grate ½ of peeled apples right onto it. Sprinkle two tablespoons of breadcrumbs or cream of wheat over the apples , 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon according to taste.Roll sheets lengthwise. Transfer finished rolls onto baking sheet lined with paper , and brush them over with some oil. I always get 3 rolls ( pies) from this amount of ingredients. Place in preheated oven at 220°C then lower to200 °C.When baked , cover them with clean kitchen towel. When cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut in desired pieces and shapes.

Za testo:
600 gr brašna
300 ml mleka
1 kockica kvasca
250 gr hladnog margarina
1 kašičica šećera
1 kašičica soli
1 jaje Za fil:
3 jaja
250 gr sira
1 kašika brašna
so po potrebi( zavisi da li je sir slan ili nije)
4-5 srednjih praziluka
Fil: Umutiti jaja sa žicom,dodati izgnječen sir, kašiku brašna i so. Beli deo praziluka sitno iseckajte i propržite na malo ulja.
Testo:U 50 ml toplog mleka izmrviti svež kvasac,dodati kašićicu soli i brašna.Sve dobro promešati pa pokriti sa providnom folijom i ostaviti par minuta da kvasac nadođe.
Brašno prosejati,dodati kašičicu soli, nadošli kvasac i ostatak toplog mleka (250 ml). Zamesiti glatko testo.
Testo odmah razvijte da bude pravougaonog oblika, a zatim narendajte preko njega margarin (slika 1) Urolajte testo i podelite na tri dela (slika 2). Uzmite prvi deo, spljoštite ga rukama, a zatim ga razvučite sa oklagijom opet u pravougaoni oblik. Stavite fil od jaja i sira (slika 3) a onda preko njega rasporedite proprženi praziluk (slika 4). Urolajte testo. Tako uraditi i sa preostala dva testa.
Svaku pitu premažite sa uljem i pospite susamom,lanom.....Staviti da se peče na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje na 200 °C oko 20 minuta ili dok ne porumeni.
Filling: mix eggs; add mashed cheese, tablespoon of flour and salt. Finely chop white part of leak and sauté in some oil. Dough: Crumble fresh yeast into 50 ml of warm milk. Add one teaspoon salt and flour. Stir all together and cover with plastic foil then set aside. Sift flour; add teaspoon of salt, foamed yeast and rest of the warm milk (250 ml). Knead dough.
Roll the dough into rectangle shape and grate margarine on top of it (Photo 1). Roll and divide into three parts (photo 2). Take first part and flatten it with hands, then roll it with rolling pin into rectangle shape again.
Put egg and cheese filling (photo 3) over it and spread sautéed leeks (photo 4). Roll in. Do the same thing with another other two. Brush each roll with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds or flax seeds. Place them onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes or till nicely brown color.
Potrebno je: 300 gr šampinjona
1 glavica crnog luka
50 gr slanine
4 jaja
200 ml jogurta
1 prašak za pecivo
10 kašika ražanog brašna
ulje
so i biber
1 vezica peršuna
Na malo ulja propržiti sitno seckani crni luk. Dodati sitno seckane šampinjone i pržiti dok ne ispari sva tečnost koju su šampinjoni pustili. Dodati sitno seckani peršun,so i biber i ostaviti malo da se ohladi a u međuvremenu spremiti testo.
Umutiti jaja , jogurt,prašak za pecivo i brašno. Dodati šampinjone i sitno seckanu slaninu. Sve dobro izmešati i onda preručiti u podmazanu okruglu tepsiju. Peći na 180 °C dok ne porumeni.
Servirati uz jogurt,kiselo mleko.....Slaninu možete i izostaviti,ja sam je stavila malo da zamiriše :)
Potrebno je:

Staviti mleko i vodu sa kašičicom šećera da se zagreje. Dodati kvasac i ostaviti da nadođe. U vanglicu staviti jaje, ulje,so i sipati mleko sa nadošlim kvascom. Zamesiti testo sa brašnom i ostaviti 30 minuta da odstoji.
U međuvremenu spremiti fil. Slaninu vrlo kratko propržite na malo ulja (da ne bude krckava),a zatim izvadite i ostavite na salvetu da se ocedi. Sir i jaje izmešati,po potrebi posoliti a zatim dodati slaninu i sve dobro sjedinite.
Testo staviti na pobrašnjenu podlogu i razvući krug za 5 cm veći od vaše tepsije. Testo prebaciti u predhodno podmazanu tepsiju i rasporediti fil.
Ivice testa,blago razvlačiti i prebacivati preko fila tako da pravite neku vrstu nabora ili faltica :)
Testo nežno premažite sa malo vode a onda pitu pospite sa susamom. Staviti pitu da se peče u predhodno zagrejanu rernu na 220 °C a zatim smanjite na 200 °C i ostavite sve dok lepo ne porumeni.

Half way folded pie
Ingredients needed:
450 gr of flour
200 ml of milk
50 ml of water
50 ml of olive oilor any others
1 egg
1/2 cube of yeast
1 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of salt
Filling:
100 gr minced bacon
200 gr Ella cheese or ricotta cheese
1 egg
salt as needed
sesame seeds
Place water and milk with teaspoon of sugar into small saucepan to heat. Add yeast and let set till it foams. In big bowl add egg, oil, salt, and add foamed yeast. Knead dough with flour and set aside for 30 minutes. During this time prepare filling. Sauté bacon just a little (till crunchy) set aside onto paper towel to drain all grease. Mix eggs and cheese and salt if needed. Add bacon and stir. Place dough onto floured surface and roll into big circle at least 5 cm bigger then pan. Grease pan and place dough over the pan. Pour filling on top. Slightly stretch edges of the dough and fold it over filling making sure to make some kind of crease with it. Brush dough lightly with some water, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in oven and bake on 220 °Cthen loweron 200 °Ccook till nicely golden color.
Potrebno je:
4 jaja
200 ml jogurta
200 ml ulja
150 gr seckanog trapista ili nekog kačkavalja
150 gr seckanog bilo kog suhomesnatog proizvoda
150 gr seckanih kiselih krastavčića
300 gr brašna
prašak za pecivo

Umutiti jaja,pa dodati jogurt i ulje. Zatim dodati brašno,prašak za pecivo,posoliti (ne mnogo,jer je već od suhomesnatog i kačkavalja poprilično slano) i mutiti dok se masa ne izjednači. Zatim dodati ostale seckane sastojke i kašikom promešati. Sipati u podmazan pleh i peći dok ne porumeni.
Kada smesu sipate u pleh možete posuti sa susamom ili kad je skoro gotovo malo odozgo narendati sir.
Emperor’s pie
Ingredients needed:
4 eggs
200 ml of yogurt
200 ml of oil
150 gr chopped cheese
150 gr chopped variety of smoked meat
150 gr chopped pickles
300 gr of flour
baking powder
salt
Mix eggs, add yogurt and oil. Add flour, baking powder, salt it (not too much) and stir till everything is nicely combined. Add rest of the ingredients, and stir with spoon. Pour onto greased pan and bake till nicely golden color. If you want after pouring into pan you may sprinkle them with sesame seeds before you place them in oven to bake. Also as soon as they are baked you may grate some fresh cheese on top.
Potrebno je:
250 gr brašna
1/2 kockice kvasca
4 kašike mlakog mleka
250 gr margarina
180 gr šećera
1 kg šljiva
50 gr mlevenih oraha
200 ml kisele pavlake
4 jaja
Kvasac rastopiti u mlakom mleku i ostaviti da nadođe. Sipati ga u brašno koje smo predhodno stavili u vanglicu. 125 gr margarina i 50 gr šećera dobro umutiti mikserom i dodati jedno jaje. Sjediniti sve zajedno i dobro umestiti testo rukama .
Koru razviti oklagijom i staviti je u pleh koji smo pre toga obložili papirom za pečenje . Šljive podeliti na pola,izvaditi košticu i složiti preko kore. 50 gr šećera i 50 gr mlevenih oraha izmešati a zatim posuti preko šljiva.
Umutiti preostali margarin (125 gr) sa 80 gr šećera i u to dodati kiselu pavlaku i 3 žumanca. Belanca umutiti u čvrst šne i dodati u smesu sa margarinom. Preliti preko šljiva.
Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 25-30 minuta.
Kada je pita gotova,ostaviti malo da se ohladi, a zatim je posuti prah šećerom.
Pakovanje kora podeliti na tri dela. Svaku koru isprskati sa uljem a na poslednju staviti ulje,rasporediti višnje,5 kašika šećera i 2 kašike griza. Uviti u rolat( vidi sliku postupka) i složiti u pleh obložen pek papirom. Tako uraditi i sa preostalim korama. Sva tri rolata premazati sa uljem i staviti da se peče. Ne trebate čekati da se rerna zagrejev već je možete odmah staviti u hladnu rernu i tek je onda uključiti (tako pita neće naglo izgoreti).
Evo jedne neobične, ali ukusne pite, koja je nastala sinoć.
Može se jesti kako topla, tako i hladna.
Potebno je:
250 gr mlevene junetine
200 gr šampinjona
3 struka mladog crnog luka
4 jaja
1 čaša kisele pavlake
200 gr testenine(rezanac "čipka")

Staviti testeninu da se skuva. Luk sitno iseckati i propržiti. Dodati mleveno meso, šampinjone koje smo isekli na listiće i sve zajedno propržiti. Kada smo dovoljno propržili,dodamo začin i malo bibera. Kuvanu i proceđenu testeninu sjediniti sa ovom smesom,dodati jaja i pavlaku i dobro promešati. Sipati u okrugli (28cm) podmazani pleh i peći dok ne porumeni.
Odlična je uz kiselo mleko,pavlaku,jogurt ali i uz pivo.
