500 gr mešanog mlevenog mesa (svinjetina i junetina)
100 gr fete
2 jaja
veza peršuna
5 kašika prezli
začin
malo mlevenog bibera
proprženi susam
Mleveno meso, jaja, prezle, iseckani peršun,začin i biber sjediniti. Dobro promešati i na kraju dodati krupno narendanu fetu. Ostaviti u frižideru na 1-2 sata.
Praviti male ćuftice i pržiti u dubokom ulju. Pržene uvaljati u propržen susam. Servirati po želji.
Meatballs with feta cheese
Ingredients:
500 gr mixture of ground meat ( pork and beef)
100 gr feta cheese
2 eggs
Sprig of parsley
5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
spices
ground pepper
roasted sesame seeds
Combine ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, spices and pepper. Mix well and lastly add grated feta cheese. Place it in fridge for 1-2 hours. Form small meatballs and fry them in deep oil. When fried roll them in roasted sesame seeds.
Ne znam da li si ovo videla ali ja sam ovo spremala. Malo je reći da sam bila oduševljena, ali i svi gosti na krštenju.
