Nešto savršeno za ljubitelje belog luka.
Mislila sam da ih moja deca neće jesti,ali sam se prevarila. Beli luk se ne oseća mnogo, taman toliko koliko treba. Pola kiflica sam filovala sa sirom (sa susamom gore) a pola sa bekon slaninom(sa lanom gore).
Potrebno je:
500 gr brašna
1 jaje
200 ml jogurta
100 ml mleka
1 kockica kvasca
50 ml ulja
2 kašičice soli
1 kašičica šećera
2 čena belog luka
Za premazivanje:
1 žumance
1 kašika ulja
1 kašika mleka
I još treba(po želji):
50 gr margarina
susam
lan
sir
bekon slanina
Beli luk iseckajte i stavite u jogurt da odstoji 25-30 minuta. Kada je odstajao, procedite jogurt, a beli luk bacite. Jogurt zagrejte da bude mlak.
U mlako mleko stavite šećer,kvasac i kašičicu brašna i ostavite da nadođe.
U vanglicu stavite jogurt, ulje, jaje, mleko sa nadošlim kvascem i posolite. Sa brašnom zamesite glatko testo. Vanglicu pokrijte sa krpom i ostavite testo da nadođe.
Testo premesite,razvucite oklagijom na 7-8 mm debljine,vadite modlicom ili čašom krugove. Kiflice razvucite i radite kao Jogurt kiflice
i filujte ih.Premažitekiflice i pospite sa susamom ili lanom. Na svaku kiflicu stavite po parče margarina.
Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 °C dok ne porumene.

ROLLS WITH THE TASTE OF GARLIC
Necessary ingredients:
500gr of flour
1 egg
200ml of yoghurt
100ml of milk
1 cube of fresh yeast
50 ml of sunflower seed oil
2 tsps(teaspoonfuls)of salt
1 tsp of sugar
2 cloves of garlic
Necessary for coating:
1 yolk
1 spoon of sunflower seed oil
1 spoon of milk
Additional ingredients (if you like it):
50gr of margarine
sesame
linseed
cheese
bacon
Preparation: Chop the garlic up into small pieces, add it to yoghurt and leave for 25-30 minutes. Then squeeze the yoghurt and throw the garlic away. Warm the yoghurt up until it is lukewarm.
Add sugar, yeast and a teaspoonful of flour to the milk and leave it to rest.
Put the yoghurt, oil, egg, milk with the swelled yeast into a dish and add a salt .Then knead a smooth dough with the flour. Cover the dish with a tea towel and leave the dough to swell. Then knead the dough again and roll it out until it is 7-8mm wide and extract circles by using a glass. Roll the rolls out and make them the same as Yoghurt rolls. Then put the filling on the rolls. Coat the prepared rolls and sprinkle then with the sesame or linseed. Put a slice ofmargarine on each roll. Bake them in the warmed up oven on 180 degrees until they got colour.
Zovu se pekač kiflice zato što testo možete zamesiti u pekaču za hleb.
U slučaju da ga nemate, ručna tehnika mešenja testa je isto o.k. :))
Potrebno je:
200 ml mlake vode
1 kašika mleka u prahu
2 kašike šećera
1/2 kašike soli
20 gr putera ili ulja
380 gr brašna
1 kašika suvog kvasca
ili 1/2 kockice svežeg kvasca
Za premazivanje:
1 jaje
1 kašičica mleka
1 kašičica ulja
Ako testo mesite u pekaču za hleb,stavite sve sastojke po redosledu po kom su napisane u receptu. Uključite pekač na program za mešenje testa. Kod mene je on pod brojem 8 i testo mesi tačno 90 minuta.
U slučaju da testo mesite ručno:
U mlaku vodu dodajte mleko u prahu i promešajte da se lepo otopi. Dodajte šećera,soli,kašiku brašna,kvasac i ostavite malo da nadođe. Nadošli kvasac preručite u vanglicu,dodajte puter ili ulje i zamesite sa brašnom. Vanglicu pokrijte sa čistom i suvom krpom i ostavite na toplom da testo nadođe oko 45 minuta.
Nadošlo testo podelite na 3 loptice (jufke). Svaku od njih posebno razvucite, podelite na 8 kiflica, stavite po kašičicu,džema ili eurokrema i urolajte kiflice. Dobićete 24 kiflice.
Kiflice stavite u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje, pokrijte krpom i ostavite 20 minuta da nadođu. U međuvremenu,zagrejte rernu na 200 °C. Nadošle kiflice pre pečenja premazite sa umućenim jajetom u koje ste dodali mleko i ulje. Pecite dok ne porumene. Kada su gotove,pospite ih šećerom u prahu i poslužite. Po želji,ove kiflice mogu biti i u slanoj varijanti,samo smanjite količinu šećera.
They are known as “bread maker rolls” because they can be made in a bread maker. However, if you don’t have it, you can knead a dough by hand.
Necessary ingredients:
200 ml of lukewarm water
1 spoon of powdered milk
2 spoons of sugar
half-spoon of salt
20gr of butter or oil
380gr of flour
1 spoon of dry yeast(or half-cube of fresh yeast)
Necessary for coating:
1 egg
1 teaspoonful of milk
1 teaspoonful of oil
Preparation:
If you knead the dough in a bread maker, put the necessary ingredients in the same order as written in the recipe. Turn the bread maker on the programmer for kneading (working) the dough.
In the case that you knead the dough manually:
Add powdered milk to a lukewarm water and agitate(mix) it until it is melted. Add sugar, salt, 1 spoon of flour, yeast and leave it to rest. Put the swelled yeast into a dish, add butter or oil and knead it with the flour. Cover the dish with the clean and dry tea towel and leave it in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Divide the swollen dough into 3 parts (balls). Roll out each of them separately, divide them into 8 rolls, put a teaspoonful of jam or eurocrem (custard or mousse) on each and
roll them. You will get 24 rolls.
Put the rolls in a dish covered with a baking paper, cover them with a tea towel and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, turn the oven on 20 degrees and warm it up. Coat the swollen rolls before baking with a beaten egg in which you had put milk and oil. Bake them until they get the color. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar when they are finished and serve them. If you wish, you can make a salted variant by decreasing the amount of sugar.

Potrebno je:
500 gr pečene bundeve
700 gr brašna
1 kockica kvasca
1 jaje
2 kašičice šećera
1 kašičica soli
1 prašak za pecivo
200 ml mleka
i još treba:
1 jaje za premazivanje
susam
Bundevu očistite od semenki, isecite na kriške i stavite u rernu da se peče na 180 °C, dok ne budu skroz mekane.
U mlako mleko stavite kašičicu šećera, brašna i kvasac. Ostaviti par minuta da nadođe.
Ispečenu i ohlađenu bundevu, očistite od kore i delova koji su potamneli, a onda izmiksajte bundevu i stavite je u veću vanglicu. Dodajte jaje, mleko sa nadošlim kvascem, so, šećer, prašak za pecivo i zamesite sa brašnom. Pokrite vanglicu sa čistom krpom i ostavite da testo nadođe.
Nadošlo testo premesite pa podelite na 4 dela/jufke. Svaki deo posebno razvucite u krug prečnika oko 25 cm i isecite na 8 delova/kiflica. Ako hoćete da budu manje,onda možete da isečete na 12 kiflica. Filujte po želji, urolajte kiflicu i premažite umućenim jajetom pre pečenja.
Ja sam pravila manje kiflice sa eurokremom (12 komada po jufki) i veće pizza kifle ( 8 kom po jufki). Kiflice sa eurokremom sam išarala sa istopljenom čokoladom a pizza kiflice posula sa susamom.
I’ve made two versions of these croissants today: one with pizza taste and another with custard(mousse). Those with custard are so tasty and I like them so much :)
Necessary ingredients:
500 gr of baked pumpkin
700gr of flour
1 cube of yeast
1 egg
2 teaspoonfuls of sugar
1 baking powder
200ml of milk
Additional ingredients:
1 egg for coating
Sesame
Clear the pumpkin of seeds, cut it into slices and put in the oven and let the slices baking on 180 degrees, until they turn completely soft.
Add one teaspoonful of sugar, flour and yeast to a lukewarm milk. Leave it to rest for a few minutes.
Remove the skin and tarnished(dark) parts from the baked and cooled pumpkin. Then mix it and put in a big dish.
Add egg, milk with the swollen yeast, salt, sugar, baking powder and knead all that with the flour. Cover the dish with clean tea towel and leave the dough to rest.
Knead the swollen dough again and divide into 4 balls. Roll the balls out separately until you get the circle with 25 centimeters long diameter. Cut the circles into 8 parts(rolls). You may cut it into 12 parts if you want it. Fill the parts with anything you want, roll them and coat with beaten egg before baking.
I filled the smaller rolls with cream(custard)-12 pieces per the ball. The bigger rols are with the pizza taste- 8 rolls per the ball. I sprinkled the pizza rolls with sesame and adorned the sweet rolls with melted chocolate.
U moru recepata za kiflice, našao se još jedan. Prednost ovih kiflica je što se brzo spremaju, jer se ne čeka da testo naraste, a mekane su ko duša :) Slana verzija
Potrebno:
950 gr brašna
1/2 l mleka
200 ml ulja
2 žumanca
1 kvasac
1 kašičice šećera
1 kašičica soli(+1 za slane kiflice)
1 prašak za pecivo
Istopiti kvasac u mlako mleko,dodati ulje i žumanca. Izmešati brašno, šećer , so i prašak za pecivo. Sjediniti sastojke i zamesiti kiflice. Podeliti na jufkice i praviti odmah kiflice,a filovati po želji. Pleh podmazati margarinom a kiflice jajetom. Odmah peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C.

SALTY VERSION
Necessary ingredients:
950gr of flour
1/2l of milk
200ml of oil (sunflower seed oil)
2 yolks
1 cue of yeast
1 teaspoonful of sugar
1 teaspoonful of salt (plus one more for the salty rolls)
1 baking powder
Melt the yeast in lukewarm milk, add oil and yolks. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Unify the ingredients and knead the dough. Divide it on the balls and make the rolls immediately. You can fill them with anything you want. Oil the dish
with margarine and coat the rolls with an egg. Bake them immediately(there’s no need to wait) in a warmed up oven on 200 degrees.
Testo:
650 gr oštrog brašna
1 kašičica soli
100 gr margarina
300 ml mleka
1/2 kiselo mleko(ili k. pavlaka)
kvasac
1 kašičica šećera Fil: 250 gr šunke
100 gr kačkavalja
1/2 kiselo mleko (ili k. pavlaka)
prstohvat soli
U mlako mleko staviti so,šećer,kvasac i ostaviti da nadođe. Dobro izraditi brašno sa margarinom. Dodati nadošli kvasac i kiselo mleko i umesiti testo. Ostaviti 15 minuta da nadođe.
Iseckati šunku,izrendati kačkavalj i pomešati sa kiselim mlekom.Dodati malo soli.
Testo podeliti na 4 jufkice.
Jednu jufkicu razvući i iseći na 8 delova i na svaki deo staviti po kašičicu fila.
Urolati kiflice,premazati sa žumancetom i mlekom,posuti susamom.
Staviti da se peku na pek papiru,15 minuta na 200 °C Izvor:Coolinarika
SALTY ROLLS
The dough:
650gr ofplain flour(Sainsbury’s..)
1 teaspoonful of salt
100gr of margarine
300ml of milk
Half-beaker of sour cream(90gr)
Yeast
1 teaspoonful of sugar
The filling:
250gr of ham
100gr of Kashkaval cheese
Half-beaker of sour cream
A pinch of salt
Put salt, sugar, yeast, into a lukewarm milk and let it to swell. Knead the flour and margarine well. Add the yeast and sour cream and then knead the dough. Let it to swell for about 15 minutes.
Chop the ham into pieces, grate the cheese and mix it with sour cream. Add a little bit of salt.
Divide the dough into 4 parts(balls).
Cut the each part(ball) into 8 pieces and put a teaspoonful of the filling on the each piece.
Make the rolls, coat them with a yolk and milk. Sprinkle the rolls with sesame.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet to bake for 15 minutes on 200degrees.

200 ml mlake vode
1 kvasac

25 gr razmekšalog maslaca
2 kašičice soli
1 kašičica šećera
2 mlada crna luka
I još treba:
300-350 gr bekon slanine
1 žumance
1 kašika kisele pavlake
susam
Vodu i mleko sjediniti,dodati so,šećer i kvasac. Ostaviti kvasac da nadođe.
Mladi luk sitno iseckati i propržiti na malo maslinovog ulja. Malo prohladiti a onda sipati u mleko sa nadošlim kvascem. Dodati jaje i maslac i sve promešati. Sa brašnom zamesiti testo.
Testo pokriti kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti 20 minuta da naraste.
Podeliti testo na 3 dela i svaki deo posebno razvući u krug,iseći na 8 delova.Na svaki deo staviti slaninu i kiflicu zarolati.
Preparation: Mix the water and milk, add salt, sugar and the yeast. Let the yeast to swell.
Chop the onions into pieces and fry it on an olive oil. Cool the onions a little and then put itin theyeast. Add egg and butter and then mix all the ingredients. Play the dough with the flour.
Cover the dough with the kitchen towel and let it swell for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough in 3 parts and roll the each part separately. Cut the each of 3 parts into 8 pieces. Put on the each triangle the bacon. Make the rolls.
Coat the previously prepared rolls with the yolk and sour cream and sprinkle them with the sesame seeds. The rolls are now prepared for baking.
U mlako mleko staviti šećer, so i kvasac. Ostaviti par minuta da kvasac nadođe a onda staviti sve ostale namirnice i zamesiti testo da bude glatko. Ostaviti da odstoji 15-20 minuta. Kada je testo nadošlo,uzmemo da ga premesimo. Podelimo na jufke. Jufku rastanjimo i isečemo kiflice. Stavimo džem i zavijemo kiflice.Premazati žumancetom i narendati puter (koji je pre toga bio u zamrzivaču) preko.
Kiflice su mekane kao duša :)

Rolls filled with jam
Necessary ingredients:
1kg of flour
2 teaspoonfuls of salt
2 teaspoonfuls of sugar
1 cup of oil
2 cups of milk
1 cube of yeast
1 grated butter
Put sugar, salt, and yeast into the lukewarm milk. Let the yeast rise for a few minutes, then put the rest of the ingredients and knead the smooth dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Then knead the swollen dough again and divide it in balls. Roll the each ball out and cut the rolls. Put a jam and make the rolls. Coat the rolls with a yolk and grate the butter(which had previously been in a freezer)over the rolls.
