Potrebno za testo:
200 ml mlakog mleka
200 ml mlake vode
1 kvasac
750 gr brašna
1 jaje
25 gr razmekšalog maslaca
2 kašičice soli
1 kašičica šećera
2 mlada crna luka
I još treba:
300-350 gr bekon slanine
1 žumance
1 kašika kisele pavlake

Vodu i mleko sjediniti,dodati so,šećer i kvasac. Ostaviti kvasac da nadođe.
Mladi luk sitno iseckati i propržiti na malo maslinovog ulja. Malo prohladiti a onda sipati u mleko sa nadošlim kvascem. Dodati jaje i maslac i sve promešati. Sa brašnom zamesiti testo.
Testo pokriti kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti 20 minuta da naraste.
Podeliti testo na 3 dela i svaki deo posebno razvući u krug,iseći na 8 delova.Na svaki deo staviti slaninu i kiflicu zarolati.
Preparation: Mix the water and milk, add salt, sugar and the yeast. Let the yeast to swell.
Chop the onions into pieces and fry it on an olive oil. Cool the onions a little and then put itin theyeast. Add egg and butter and then mix all the ingredients. Play the dough with the flour.
Cover the dough with the kitchen towel and let it swell for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough in 3 parts and roll the each part separately. Cut the each of 3 parts into 8 pieces. Put on the each triangle the bacon. Make the rolls.
Coat the previously prepared rolls with the yolk and sour cream and sprinkle them with the sesame seeds. The rolls are now prepared for baking.
