Ostala sam vam dužna slike postupka kako sam dekorisala ovu prolećnu torticu.
Za one koji ne znaju, fondan sam napravila po ovom receptu.
Fondan sam podelila na pola. U jednu polovinu sam dodala zelenu boju i dobro umesila rukama. Koristila sam wilton boje u gelu, ali pošto kod nas nema da se kupi ova boje,stavite boje u prahu (nemojte tečne). Na radnu površinu stavite šećer u prahu,a onda zeleni fondan. Uz pomoć oklagije razvite koru da bude šira nego što je torta. Ako imate neku plastičnu cev, ona će odlično da vam posluži za razvijanje kore umesto oklagije. Na plastičnu cev se fondan manje lepi nego za drvenu oklagiju.Tortu sam premazala sa buter kremom pa preko njega stavila razvučeni fondan. Višak fondana sam isekla nožem. Butter krem:
120 gr putera
160 gr šećera u prahu
2 kašike mleka
Ostatak fondana sam obojila u razne boje.
Ovako sam napravila pužiće :)
Telo od pužića. Kućica(dužina oko 30 cm) Što se tiče cveta, htela sam da mi drška bude debela,ali vi je možete napraviti i tanju. Cvećarsku žicu isecite na određenu dužinu(da bude 2 cm duža u odnosu na visinu torte) pa je obložite sa tamno zelenim fondanom.Od roze fondana napravite manju kuglicu i razvucite je kao na slici.
Obavite oko jednog kraja drške.
Latica
Donji deo latice uz pomoć četkice premažite sa vodom da se bolje zalepi. Pravite latice i stavljajte ih u krug sve dok mislite da treba :) Cvet sam na kraju premazala sa sedefastom bojom da malo ima sjaj. List sam napravila sa modlicom u obliku srca i malo sa nožem napravila žilice.
Ove sitne delova sam razlačica na debljoj i jačoj kesi. Svaku kuglicu za gusenicu sam malo premazala sa vodom da se zalepi za drugu kuglicu. Rogovi su bili od čačkalica. Kada sam stavljala cvet,strana koja ide uz tortu je premazana sa vodom. Onih 2 cm viška od drške sam podvukla pod tortu da budem sigurna da cvet neće da mi padne :))) Crne delove(tufne na bubamari,rogove,oči itd) sam uradila uz pomoć crne boje i četkice.

Cake and decorations made from fondant
Some photos and instructions on how to decorate this spring cake.
For those who don’t know I made fondant from this recipe
I divided fondant in half. I added green color in one part and knead it until it was a workable consistency. I used Wilton color gels, but since you can’t buy these colors here you may use powdered colors (don’t use liquid kind).Lightly dust your smooth work surface and your rolling pin with confectioner's sugar to prevent sticking. Roll out fondant sized to your cake. To keep fondant from sticking, lift and move as you roll. Add more confectioner's sugar if needed.
If you have a plastic pipe you may use it to roll fondant instead of rolling pin. Fondant sticks less on plastic then it does on a rolling pin. Lightly cover cake with butter cream icing. Gently lift fondant over rolling pin and position on cake.Trim off excess fondant using a spatula or sharp knife.
Butter cream:
120 gr of butter
160 gr of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
I colored rest of the fondant in different colors. This is how I made snails.
As for the flowers, I wanted to have a thick handle, but you can create thinner. Cut flowers wire to a lengths that is 2 cm longer in relation to the height of the cake and overlaid with green fondant.From pink fondant create smaller chip (ball) and stretch like in the picture.
Brush bottom of petal with some water to stick. Keep making petals and keep putting them in circle till you think it’s enough. Brush each petal with pearly luster color to get some shine. I made leaf with cutter in shape of heart and with knife I made leaf venation. For smaller pieces I have used thick bag to stretch fondant on. I brushed each bead for caterpillar with some water so that they will stick better onto each other. Horns were made from toothpick. When I was placing flowers onto cake, I brushed each side that was going on the cake with some water. 2 cm of excess from flower handles I tucked under the cake to make sure those flowers would not fall down.
Black parts (the dotted ladybug, horns, eyes, etc) you can accomplish this with black color and little brush.

Testo za palačinke spremite po ovom receptu ili po nekom vašem.
Potrebno je:
2 kašike maslaca
4 rendane jabuke
1 kašičica cimeta
3 kašike soka od limuna
150 gr šećera
Karamel fil:
150 gr šećera
150 ml slatke pavlake
Sjediniti i istopiti maslac i sok od limuna u tiganju.Pomešati šećer i cimeti i ubaciti u maslac sa limunom. Dodati rendane jabuke i pomešati, pa na umerenoj temperaturi dinstati u poklopljenoj posudi,a onda sniziti temperaturu i promešati jabuke na svakih 5 minuta. Zatim isključiti ringlu i poklopiti posudu. Jabuke trebate pripremiti 45 minuta pre serviranja. Karamel fil: Istopiti šećer kao za karamel. Kada se istopi,polako dodavati slatku pavlaku i kuvati dok se sav šećer ne istopi. Ostaviti da se fil prohladi.
Ispečene palačinke filovati sa filom od jabuka, a preko preliti sa karamelom.
Caramel crapes with apples
Prepare crapes batter according to my recipe on this blog or any other you may desire.
Ingredients needed:
2 tablespoons of butter
4 grated apples
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
150 gr of sugar
Caramel topping:
150 gr of sugar
150 ml of sweet whipping cream
Melt butter together with lemon juice. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and place it in butter mixture. Add grated apples and stir. Cover and cook on medium heat, then lower temperature and stir apples every 5 minutes. Turn heat off and cover the skillet. You need to prepare apples at least 45 minutes prior to serving.
Caramel topping: Melt sugar. When it’s melted gradually add cream and cook till all sugar melts. Set aside to cool. Fill each crape with apple filling, and drizzle caramel on top.
Lisnato testo rastanjiti i podeliti na dve kore. Prvu koru staviti sa podignutim ivicama u podmazan pleh. Nadev spremiti od 4 jaja, dodati pavlaku,seckanu šunku,iseckanu i proprženu slaninu,kačkavalj i šampinjone izrendane na rendetu. Po ukusu staviti origano i začiniti. Rasporediti nadev po kori stavljenoj u pleh, pokriti drugom korom, premazati umućenim jajetom i peći na 200 °C dok ne porumeni. Po želji,pitu možete ukrasiti i posuti sa susamom. Ove rupice (kao vulkančiće) napravite da bi para izlazila i da se gornja kora ne podigne.
Filip’s pie
Filip like it the most, so we named it after him.
Ingredients needed:
1/2 kg of puff pastry
200 gr of button mushrooms
200 gr of ham
200 gr kačkavalj ( cheese)
100 gr bacon
oregano
spices
5 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
Roll puff pastry and separate into two parts. Place first dough into greased pan with edges rose up. For the filling use 4 eggs, add cream, chopped ham, minced and sautéed bacon, cheese and grated mushrooms. Depending on taste add oregano and spices. Arrange filling and cover with another piece of dough. Brush finished pie with egg and bake on 200 °C till nicely golden color. If you wish you may garnish baked pie with some sesame seeds. The holes that you see on top were made for steam to evaporate during baking so that top dough wouldn’t puff up.

Ove šarene kolačiće sam specijalno uradila zbog moje prijateljice Gage,
jer su joj se svideli na prvi pogled.
Nažalost,ona ovu turu neće probati, ali će makar videti kako izgledaju u mom izvođenju.
Neku drugu turu ću praviti za nju i njene klince,
kada mi obećaju da će nam doći u posetu :)
Potrebno je:
170 gr omekšalog margarina
85 gr sirnog namaza (koristila sam Kuč)
200 gr šećera
1 jaje
1 bočica ekstrata od vanile (5 ml)
345 gr brašna
1/2 kesice praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli
4 različite boje(koristila sam wilton gel boje)
U odgovarajućoj posudi sjediniti (izmiksati) margarin, sirni namaz i šećer. Dodati jaje i ekstrat i dobro umutiti. U drugoj posudi sjediniti brašno, prašak za pecivo i so,pa sjediniti sa kremastim delom. Malo pobrašniti radnu površinu,prebaciti testo i umesiti u mekanu glatku smesu. Podeliti na 4 jednaka dela i u svaki deo staviti drugu boju. Svaku boju posebno uviti u rastegljivu foliju i stavite u frižider na 2 h.
Od svake boje kidati male parčiće i formirati loptice (kao manji orah). Sastavljat po četri različite boje i napraviti jednu veću lopticu (pogledajte donje slike)
Bez pomoći ništa :))
Od svake četvorobojne loptice, na radnoj površini napraviti "zmiju" dužine oko 30 cm, a zatim je uviti u krug.
Na mestu gde se završava krug staviti po jedan štapić za ražnjiće,mada možete ostaviti da vam kolačići budu i bez njega.
Kolače složiti na papir za pečenje i peći ih u zagrejanoj rerni na 175 °C oko 8-9 minuta. Kada su kolači pečeni,ostavite ih malo u plehu da se ohlade i stegnu,pa ih tek onda prebacite na rešetku da se skroz ohlade. Čuvajte ih u dobro zatvorenoj kutiji.
Odlični su za dečija slavlja, a i ujedno da se družite sa decom i da ih zajedno pravite. Male rukice mogu da vam budu od velike pomoći u pravljenju kuglica:)
I još nešto.....nemojte umesto ekstrata da stavite vanilin šećer,jer to nije to. Recept na Engleskom

Ovaj "San" sam spremala za časopis Hrana i vino i možete ga naći u ovom aktuelnom junskom broju, koji je u prodaji od 01.06.
Za čokoladne čaše:
250 gr crne čokolade za kuvanje
80 gr bele čokolade za kuvanje
3 kašike ulja
10 malih plastičnih čaša (od 50 ml)
Za fil:
1 puding od jagoda
350 ml mleka
150 ml slatke pavlake
3 kašike šećera
Za ukrašavanje:
jagode
100 ml slatke pavlake
Belu čokoladu otopiti sa jednom kašikom ulja. U kesicu za zamrzivač sipati otopljenu čokoladu, a onda sa makazama odseći vrh kese, tako da rupica bude mala. Unutrašnji deo plastičnih čaša šarati sa belom čokoladom, zatim čaše staviti u frižider na 10 minuta.
U međuvremenu otopiti crnu čokoladu i dodati ostatak ulja. U svaku čašicu sipati po tri kašičice otopljene čokolade. Čašu okretati u ruci tako da se čokolada ravnomerno rasporedi po unutašnjem delu čaše.
Čašu staviti u frižider na hlađenje. Uzeti drugu čašu i ponoviti postupak sa čokoladom, a onda i nju staviti u frižider. Tako uraditi sa svim čašama. Kada ste završili sa poslednjom čašom i ostavili je u frižideru, krenete opet iz početka. Uzmite prvu čašu koju ste stavili u frižider (a u međuvremenu se čokolada stegla), ponovo sipajte tri kašičice istopljene čokolade i ponovite postupak kao i prvi put. Ovaj postupak je potrebno ukupno tri puta ponoviti.
Kada se čokolada stegla, sa makazama recnuti na dva suprotna dela čaše,povući prema dole da se čaša pocepa, zatim plastičnu čašuraširitii izvući čokoladnu čašu. Čokoladne čaše ostavite u frižideru dok spremate fil.
250 ml mleka staviti sa tri kašike šećera da se kuva. U preostalih 100 ml mleka sipati puding i promešati da nema grumuljica. U provrelo mleko sipati rastopljeni puding i kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Kada je gotov,skloniti sa vatre. Posudu u kojoj se kuvao puding pokriti sa rastegljivom folijom i ostaviti dok se puding skroz ne ohladi. Umutiti150 ml slatke pavlake i dodati je u već ohlađen puding. Miksati dok se sve lepo ne izjednači. Fil sipati u kesu sa većim zvezdastim nastavkom i uz pomoć njega puniti čokoladne čaše.
Umutiti 100 ml slatke pavlake i sa njom ukrasiti čokoladne čaše. Na slatku pavlaku staviti jednu polovinu jagode. Čuvati u frižideru do služenja.
The dream of the June night
Chocolate cups:
250 gr bittersweet cooking chocolate
80 gr white chocolate
3 tablespoons of oil
10 small plastic cups(50 ml)
Filling cream:
1 strawberry pudding powder
350 ml of milk
150 ml of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
Decorations:
strawberries
100 ml of sweet cream
Melt white chocolate together with one tablespoon of oil . In the freezer bag pour melted chocolate, and with scissors cut little bit of corner top to make a small hole. Make patternes inside of each cup with melted white chocolate , then place cups inside the fridge for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, melt bittersweet chocolate with rest of the oil. In each cup place three tablespoons of melted chocolate. Keep turning cups in your hands so that chocolate coats evenly inside the cup.
Place prepared cups in the fridge to cool and harden. Reapeat the proccess with rest of the cups, and place each one in the fridge. When you are done with last cup after you place it in the fridge , start from scratch .
Take the first cup you put in the fridge (chocolate should harden by now) re-pour melted chocolate by spoon, and repeat the process same way you did at beginning. It is necessary for this procedure to be repeated to a total of three times.
When the chocolate has hardened, with scissors cut downwards through two opposite’s sides of the cup and pull down for cup and carefully remove the chocolate cup out.Leave chocolate cups refrigerated till filling is ready to be piped.
In a saucepan place 250 ml of milk with three spoonfuls of sugar and let it come to boil.
In the remaining 100 ml of milk pour pudding powder and stir till lump free. When milk starts boiling add pudding mixture to it and cook till it thickens.When finished, remove from heat. Cover saucepan with plastic foil till pudding mixture has completely cooled. Mix 150 ml of fresh cream and add in the chilled pudding.Mix till you get a beautiful smooth mixture. Pour prepared filling in the piping bag with a big star opening and fill each cup.
Mix 100 ml fresh cream and decorate each chocolate cups. On top of the sweet cream place one half of fresh strawberry. Keep refrigerated until serving.

Šta će Kraljevčanka drugo da spremi neko "Kraljevačke ćevape" :))
Za sve Kraljevčane i one koji se tako osećaju,puno pozdrava, gde god da su
(posebno za Kraljevčane u Rumuniji, Francuskoj i Islandu )
Potrebno je:
300 gr junećeg mesa(2x samlevenog)
1 glavica crnog luka
2 kašike prezli
1 jaje
1 parče hleba(sredina)
malo mleka
začin i biber
stari kajmak
šnite slanine (bekon)
Crni luk sitno iseckati i na malo ulja propržiti. Sredinu hleba natopiti u mleku,pa iscediti. U odgovarajućoj posudi sjediniti mleveno meso, proprženi crni luk, hleb, prezle, jaje i začiniti po ukusu sa začinom i biberom. Sve dobro promešati da se lepo sjedini pa ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta. Od smese praviti male loptice i na radnoj površini rukama istapkati u pljeskavicu. Na jednoj strani staviti kajmak i urolati meso. Krajeve dobro pritisnuti. Svaki ćevap umotati u šnit slanine i na tihoj vatri ispržiti u gril tiganju na malo masnoće.
Servirati na kajmaku sa isprženim krompirom i salatom po želji.
Kraljevo’s sausages
Ingredients:
300 gr. finely grounded beef
1 onion
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 slice of bread with crust removed
Little bit of a milk
Spices for taste and black pepper
Cream/ Mediterranean kymak
A few slices of bacon
In a medium skillet sauté finally chopped onion. In a separate bowl soak breadcrumbs with a bit of milk. In a large bowl combine ground beef, sautéed onion, bread, breadcrumbs, egg, spices and black pepper. Mix all ingredients well than put it into the refrigerator for about 30 min.
Make small balls from mixture; flatten them up on work surface. Put some Mediterranean cream/kaymak right on the middle of patties. Roll them up making sure that all edges are sealed. Wrap sausages into the bacon than grill them onto the grill or skillet.
Serve with Mediterranean cream, French fries and salad.

Potrebno je:
500 gr zamrznutih njoka(kupovne)
250 ml pavlake za kuvanje
75 gr seckane šunke
100 gr rendanog tvrdog žutog sira
75 gr svežeg kravljeg sira
2 jaja

Još smrznute njoke poređajte po dnu vatrostalne tepsije . U posebnoj činiji pomešajte jaja, pavlaku, obe vrste sira, šunku i začinite. Smesu prelijte preko njoka. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 45 minuta.

Oven baked Gnocchi
Ingredients:
500 gr. prepared gnocchi
250 ml. heavy cream
75 gr. chopped ham
100 gr. grated yellow hard cheese
75 gr. cottage or farmers cheese
2 eggs
Spices
In a large mixing bowl mix well a heavy cream, chopped ham, cheese, eggs and spices. Place evenly gnocchi on bottom of the baking dish and pour over with a prepared mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for about 45 minutes.
Želatin preliti sa 4 kašike hladne vode i ostaviti da nabubri. Jagode očistite(ostavite par za dekoraciju) i izgnječite viljuškom ili mikserom u pire.Slatku pavlaku dobro izmiksajte.
Sirup: Na laganoj vatri istopite šećer i vodu, prokuvajte 2-3 minuta, pa kada se malo prohladi sirup pomešajte sa nabubrelim želatinom. Dodajte pire od jagoda, umućenu slatku pavlaku i dobro promešajte da se sve lepo sjedini.
Sa kašikom punite silikonske modlice (za mafine) i ostavite 2-3 sata u frižideru na hlađenje. Kada se desert ohladio okrenite ga na tanjir i skinite silikonske modlice. Prelijte sa otopljenom čokoladom i ukrasite sa 1/2 jagode. Čuvati u frižideru do služenja.
U slučaju da nemate silikonske modlice, mislim da bi dobro poslužile i veće papirnate korpice koje ste(pre punjenja) sa unutrašnje strane premazali sa uljem.
Light summer dessert
Ingredients:
300 gr. of strawberries
200 ml of whipping cream
1 pack of gelatin
Syrup:
200 gr. of sugar
50 ml. of water
Glaze:
100 gr. of milk chocolate
Soak gelatin with 4 tablespoons of cold water and set aside. Clean strawberries leaving few for decoration. Puree clean strawberries in food processor than whip up a whipping cream.
Syrup: On the medium heat bring water and sugar to boil than simmer for about 2-3 minutes, set aside to cool down than add gelatin mixture. Add strawberry puree and whipped cream. Mix well until everything is smooth.
With prepared mixture fill up prepared silicone molds. Leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set and cool. Before serving invert them onto the plate, remove molds than glaze them with melted chocolate. Decorate them with sliced strawberries.
Silicone molds could be substituted with paper ones coated with oil before using.

Potrebno je:
480 gr brašna
1 kašičice soli
1/2 kašičica šećera
1/2 kesice suvog kvasca
75 ml mlake vode
250 ml mlakog jogurta
50 ml ulja
1 belance
I još treba:
8 šnita bekon slanine
100 gr kačkavalja
1/2 margarina
1 žumance
1 kašika mleka
susam
U mlaku vodu staviti šećer, dodati kvasac i ostaviti da nadođe. Brašno pomešati sa solju,napraviti udubljenje u sredini i dodati belance, ulje, nadošli kvasac i na kraju jogurt (da bude mlak ).
Zamesiti testo, po potrebi dodati brašno ali da testo ostane mekše zamešeno (malo lepljivo da bude). Ostaviti testo da nadođe 20-25 minuta.
Nadošlo testo podeliti na 8 delova. Svaki deo tanko razvući u krug. Na testo sitno izrendati kačkavalj i staviti sitno seckanu slaninu. Urolati.
Tako urolano testo savite u formu puža, kao na donjim slikama.
Svakog "pužića" stavite na sto,rukama malo pritisnite,pa sa oklagijom razvucite na 1 cm debljine. Slažite ih na pleh koji ste pre toga dobro premazali sa margarinom (ili izrendali).
Svaki krug premažite sa umućenim žumancetom i mlekom, a onda sa 1 kašičicom rastopljenog margarina prelijte. Pospite sa susamom i ostavite 30 minuta na sobnoj temperaturi. Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 15 minuta. Kada je pečeno,pokrite čistom krpom i ostavite desetak minuta da se prohladi.
Testo možete puniti i drugim sastojcima po želji.

Ingredients needed:
480 gr of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 pack of instant dry yeast
75 ml warm water
250 ml warm yogurt
50 ml oil
1 egg white
Also needed:
8 slices of bacon
100 gr kačkavalj ( cheese)
1/2 margarine
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
Sesame seeds
Add sugar in warm water, add yeast and let it foam. Mix flour with salt and make a hole in the middle then add egg white, oil, foamed yeast, and yogurt at the end (needs to be warm).Knead the dough and add flour as needed making sure it stays soft but not too soft that would stick on hands. Let it rest and proof for 20-25 minutes. Divide it into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into small circles. Grate some cheese on the dough and sprinkle with chopped bacon pieces.Roll it.When all rolled in fold it into snail shape like shown on photos. Place each snail like dough on the table and press with fingers slightly, than roll it into 1 cm thickness. Place finished rolls onto greased pan. Brush each one with egg wash made from yolk and milk, and coat them with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and let them rest and proof for 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. When done, cover them with clean kitchen cloth towel and let them rest for 15 minutes till they cool a bit. You may stuff it with any ingredients you may like.
Želatin preliti sa 4 kašike hladne vode i ostaviti da nabubri. Jagode očistite, ostavljajući nekoliko za ukrašavanje, a ostale izgnječite viljuškom ili mikserom u pire. Banane oljuštite, poprskajte sa sokom od pola limuna, da ne bi pocrnele, a onda i njih izgnječite u pire. Slatku pavlaku posebno umutite.
Sirup: Na laganoj vatri istopite šećer i vodu,prokuvajte 2-3 minuta, pa kada se malo prohladi sirup pomešajte sa nabubrelim želatinom. Dodajte pire od jagoda i 2/3 umućene slatke pavlake. Preostalu umućenu pavlaku dodajte u pire od banana.
U hladno mleko umačite piškote i ređajte ih u duguljast kalup koji ste pre toga obložili sa rastegljivom folijom. Na dno stavite devet piškota, a za ređanje sa strane krojite ih i skraćujte zavisno od dubine i širine kalupa.
U udubljenje od piškota ređajte naizmenično krem od jagoda i krem od banana i zatvorite odozgo ostatkom izlomljenih piškota.
Šarlotu držite u frižideru 3-4 sata, a onda još 10 minuta u zamrzivaču, pa izručite na tacnu. Ukrasite šarlotu pre služenja bananama i jagodama isečenim na listiće.
Ingredients needed:
40 lady fingers
300 gr of strawberries
3 bananas
Lemon juice
300 ml sweet cream
1 pack of gelatin
2 packs of vanilla sugar
Milk for dipping lady fingers
For syrup:
200 gr of sugar
50 ml of water
Cover gelatin with 4 tablespoons of cold water and let it foam. Clean strawberries, leaving few on the side for garnish and pure the rest with fork or blender. Peel bananas and squeeze some lemon juice over them to prevent them getting discolored then purify them. Mix whipping cream and set aside.
Syrup: In a small saucepan cook together sugar and water. Let it come to boil and then cook for 2-3 more minutes. When syrup cools a bit combine it with prepared gelatin. Add strawberry puree and 2/3 of whipping cream. Add rest of the whipping cream to banana puree.
Deep each lady finger in cold milk and arrange them in long pan (like ones for loaf bread), lined with plastic foil. Place 9 lady fingers on the bottom of the pan, and for the side you may cut them any way and any size depending on the depth and width of the molds. After lining lady fingers start filling mold alternating strawberry cream and banana cream. Cover the top with rest of the lady fingers. Keep charlotte in fridge for 3-4 hours then place them 10 more minutes in the freezer than flip it on the serving tray. Decorate before serving with sliced bananas and strawberries.
Ispržiti 200 gr sitno iseckanih šampinjona sa 1 glavicom crnog luka. Začiniti po ukusu, dodati malo belog luka u prahu i bosiok.
Plavi patlidžan iseći na šnite i izgrilovati ga sa obe strane. Na svaki patlidžan stavite po kašiku pripremljenog fila i urolajte, pa prelijte sa sosom.
Sos: Na malo margarina propržii brašno i dodati paradajz pire. Prokuvati i preliti preko rolnica.

Cook 200 g finely sliced Portobello mushrooms with 1 onion. Spice it and add some garlic powder and basil.
Cut eggplant into slices and grill it on both sides. Put filling on each eggplant slice and roll it in, then cover with sauce.
Sauce: In saucepan, melt small amount of butter, add flour and tomato puree. Let it boil and cover rolls with it.

Cut eggplant into slices and grill it on both sides. Finely cut roasted chicken meat. Blend roasted pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar in blender. Mix it with chicken.
Spice each eggplant slice with salt and pepper, add one tablespoon of filling and roll it. Serve it on a plate garnished with lettuce.

Meni mnogo ne liči na burek,ali je fina,
brza večerica koju bi mogao čak i moj muž da spremi :D
Potrebno je:
200-250 gr sira
200 ml jogurta ili kiselog mleka
150 gr kornfleksa
2 jaja
soli po potrebi
Sjediniti sir, jogurt i jaja. Posoliti po ukusu. Ako vam je sir slaniji onda i ne trebate da solite. Dodajte kornfleks, lagano promešajte i izručite u podmazanu tepsuju.
Tepsija mi je bila od 28 cm i zato mi je "burek" bio tanji. Verovatno bi bilo još lepše da se peklo u manjoj tepsiji.
Stavite da se peče u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 35 minuta.
Izvadite iz rerne,malo prohladite, a onda poslužite uz jogurt ili kiselo mleko.
Ingredients needed
200-250 gr of cheese
200 ml of yogurt or buttermilk
150 gr of corn flakes
2 eggs
Salt as needed
Combine cheese, yogurt and eggs. Salt as needed. Add corn flakes, stir and pour into greased baking dish. My baking pan was 28 cm so my burek was a bit on thinner side. I believe that it would look much nicer if pan was smaller. Place in preheated oven on 200 °C and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven; cool a bit then serve along with yogurt or buttermilk. Enjoy!!!
Na pobrašnjenoj podlozi sa oklagijom razvucite odmrznuto lisnato testo na 0,5 cm debljine. Secite kvadrate 10x10 (slika 1). Sa oštrim nožem isecite "ram" širine 1 cm s'time što dva ćoška od "rama" ne sečete do kraja (slika 2).
Premažite ivicu kvadrata sa vodom,a onda jednu stranu "rama" prebacite na suprotni ugao kvadrata (slika 3). Ponovite postupak i sa drugim delom (slika 4).
Viljuškom umutite jaje, pa sa četkicom premažite ram. Stavite na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 20-25 minuta ili već zavisno od vaše rerne.
U međuvremenu spremiti jabuke. Staviti maslac u odgovarajuću šerpicu i dodati oljuštene i na kriške isečene jabuke. Staviti šećer i sok od limuna, promešati i ostaviti da se kuva sve dok jabuke ne omekšaju i dok ne ispari skoro sva tečnost. Kada su jabuke gotove, preko njih posuti jednu kašičicu cimeta i ostaviti da se jabuke ohlade.
Usredinu ispečenog i ohlađenog lisnatog testa staviti umućenu slatku pavlaku,a onda preko složiti jabuke. Posuti sa još malo cimeta i služiti odmah.

Ingredients needed:
·½ kg of puff pastry
·2 large apples
·4 tablespoon of brown sugar
·2 tablespoons of lemon juice
·30 gr of butter
·Cinnamon
·1 egg
·200 ml of sweet whipping cream
On floured surface roll thawed puff pastry in thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into 10 x 10 cm squares (picture 1). With sharp knife cut out frame of the dough in thickness of 1 cm making sure you don’t cut all the way through the edges (photo 2).
Brush edges of the frame with some water, then move one corner side over the opposite one (photo 3). Repeat the process with rest of the dough. Brush an egg wash over frame sides. Place them on baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime prepare apples.
In a sauce pan melt some butter then add peeled and sliced apples. Add sugar and lemon juice, stir and let it cook till apples soften and till almost all water has evaporated. When apples are done sprinkle them with some cinnamon and set them aside to cool. In the center of each baked pastry, place whipping cream and top it with apples. Sprinkle with some more of cinnamon and serve right away.

Pošto je moj kalup za kuglof manji, ja sam napravila venčić i štrudlu, a Marina jedan veći kuglof.
Potrebno za testo:
600 gr brašna
1 kvasac (40 gr)
250 ml mleka
55 gr šećera
1 jaje
60 gr omekšalog margarina
prstohvat soli
Fil sa orasima:
300 gr mlevenih oraha
1 belance
120 ml mleka
120 gr šećera
Fil sa makom:
100 gr samlevenog maka
20 gr griza
1 vanilin šećer
60 gr šećera
180 ml mleka
U mlako mleko stavite kvasac, kašičicu šećera, kašiku brašna i ostavite da kvasac nadođe. U vanglici izmešajte brašno, so i šećer,pa onda dodajte mleko sa nadošlim kvascem i omekšali margarin. Zamesite testo i ostavite na toplom 45 minuta da nadođe.
U međuvremenu spremiti filove. Fil od oraha:Staviti mleko sa šećerom da provri,pa onda u to dodati mlevene orahe, promešati i ohladiti. Dodati belanac i dobro promešati da se sve lepo sjedini. Fil od maka: Stavite mleko sa šećerom i vanilom da provri pa u provrelo mleko dodajte samleveni mak i griz. Promešajte i ostavite da se ohladi.
Nadošlo testo prebacite na pobrašnjenu radnu površinu i podelite ga na dva jednaka dela. Svaki deo testa razvucite oklagijom na 40x60 cm. Na jedan deo staviti fil sa orasima, a na drugi sa makom.
Urolajte oba dela.
Po dužini isecite oba rolata kao na donjoj slici.
Sastavite jedan deo sa orasima i jedan deo sa makom. Napravite dve pletenice.
Kalupe premazati pa prebaciti jednu pletenicu u duguljasti pleh, a drugu u kalup za kuglof.
Možete staviti i obe pletenice u kuglof, jednu na drugu(na sprat) kako je to Marina uradila. Ostavite 20 minuta da testo nadođe.
Stavite da se peče na 200 °C dok lepo ne porumeni.
Mislim da sam pekla oko 30 minuta,
ali pošto sam spremala još pre odlaska u Makedoniju, nisam sigurna za tačno vreme pečenja :)
Kada se malo prohladi,pospite sa šećerom u prahu.

Poppy seeds and walnuts strudel
Recipe is from my dear friend Marina from France.
Since my kuglof pan is a bit small I made a wreath shape and strudel, and Marina made one big kuglof.
Ingredients for the dough
600 gr of flour
1 yeast (40 gr)
250 ml of milk
55 gr of sugar
1 egg
60 gr of soft margarine
Little bit of salt
Walnut filling
300 gr ground walnuts
1 egg white
120 ml milk
120 gr sugar
Poppy seeds filling:
100 gr of grind poppy seeds
20 gr cream of wheat
1 vanilla sugar
60 gr sugar
180 ml milk
In warm like milk add yeast, teaspoon of sugar, tablespoon of flour and let the yeast foam. In a mixing bowl combine flour, salt, and sugar and add foamed yeast and margarine. Knead in the dough and set aside for 45 minutes till it proofs. In the meantime prepare both fillings.
Walnut filling: Boil milk with sugar and add grounded walnuts, stir and cool. Add egg white stir well.
Poppy seeds filling: Boil the milk with sugar and vanilla sugar and add grind poppy seeds and cream of wheat. Stir and let it cool.
When dough has proofed put it on floured surface and divides it into two equal parts.
Roll each one into 40 x 60 cm length. Spread and smear walnut filling on one and poppy seeds fill on the other.
Roll each one to form a strudel. Cut in half lengthwise as shown on the photos. Join together one piece of walnut with poppy seed pastry and braid together. You will get two big braids. Grease the pans. Place one braid into loaf bread pan and the other into kuglof mold pan. Or you can place both braids into one kuglof pan on top of each other like Marina did it on the photo. Let the dough rest 20 minutes to proof some more before baking.Bake on 200 °C around 30 minutes or until nicely golden color. When it cools a bit sprinkle it with powdered sugar and enjoy.

Za sve ljubitelje (kao što sam ja) beze korica, jedva divna tortica.
Potrebno za 3 beze korice:
4 belanca (sobne temperature)
280 gr šećera
roze prehrambena boja
Za fil:
4 žumanca
250 gr šećera
200 gr margarina
Za fil od šlaga:
200 gr šlag krema
250 ml mleka
I još treba:
200 gr jagoda
Na dva pleha od rerne staviti papir za pečenje. Na jedan papir nacrtajte dva ista pravougaonika ( 16 X 28 cm),a na drugi samo jedan pravougaonik.
Umutite belanca sa postepenim dodavanjem šećera u čvršći šaum. Po želji možete staviti i roze prehrambenu boje da vam korice budu roze. Sipajte u kesu i uz pomoć nje pravite linije na papiru. Napravite 3 x tako. Stavite plehove u rernu na 100 °C i neka se suši oko 90 minuta. Na polovini,znači negde oko 45 minuta zamenite plehovima mesto, tako da onaj koji je bio gore bude dole i obrnuto.
Fil: Žumanca i šećer umutiti sa mikserom (oko 2 minuta), pa staviti na tihoj vatri da se kuva. Kuvati oko 3-4 minuta,sve vreme mešajući. Znaćete da je gotovo kada provučete varjaču preko dna mora da ostane trag. Kada je kuvano, skloniti sa vatre, prohladiti malo i dok je masa još topla dodati iseckani margarin i dobro umutiti,a zatim fil ohladiti.Šlag krem dobro izmiksati sa mlekom.
Filovati prvu koru sa filom od žumanaca,pa preko njega složiti iseckane jagode. Preko jagoda staviti šlag, zatim staviti drugu koricu,a sada zameniti filove,prvo šlag,pa jogode i onda fil od žumanaca. Staviti i treću koricu i ukrasiti po želji.
Strawberry cake with egg white base
Ingredients needed for 3 cake base layers:
·4 egg whites ( room temperature)
·280 gr of sugar
·Pink food color
For the custard:
·4 egg yolks
·250 gr of sugar
·200 gr of margarine
Whipping cream
·200 gr of whipping cream ( powdered)
·250 ml of milk
Also needed:
200 gr of fresh strawberries
Line two baking trays with parchment paper.On the paper draw two same rectangles in same size (16 x 28 cm) and on the other tray draw only one rectangle. Whip up egg whites by gradually adding sugar till you get meringue. If desired you may add some pink color to get pink base. Pour into piping bag and with it create straight lines on the paper. Repeat this process three times. Put the trays into the oven on 100 C and let them dry for about 90 minutes. At half time (somewhere around 45 minutes) switch the places of the trays so that one that was on top is placed on bottom and vice versa.
Filling:
Mix egg yolk and sugar for about 2 minutes and place it on the heat to cook. Cook for 3-4 minutes while constantly whisking. When cooked remove from the heat, chill a bit and while filling is still warm add sliced margarine and mix well and then let it completely cool. Whip up whipping cream powder together with milk. On decorative platter place baked meringue cake base cover first with egg yolk cream, on top layer some strawberry slices. Cover strawberries with whipping cream, add one more cake layer, spread whipping cream, add strawberries, and cover with egg yolk mixture. Finish with last cake layer and decorate as desired.

Macedonia, here I come !
Jagode mi nekako uvek brzo prođu i ne stignem sa njima da napravim sve što poželim(a zamrznute nešto posebno ne volim), pa sam ovog puta rešila da budem vrednija. Danas sam spremala ovaj super-brzi desert (ne računajući vreme hlađenja).
Ovaj desert je bio "strašno" fotogeničan, pa sam napravila lepu seriju fotografija :)
Potrebno je:
5 žumanaca
5 kašika šećera
150 gr bele mlečne čokolade
250 ml slatke pavlake
300 gr jagoda
2 kašike meda
1 kašika limunovog soka
6 čaša
Žumanca i šećer umutiti sa mikserom (oko 2 minuta), pa staviti na tihoj vatri da se kuva. Kuvati oko 3-4 minuta,sve vreme mešajući. Znaćete da je gotovo kada provučete varjaču preko dna mora da ostane trag. Kada je kuvano, skloniti sa vatre i u to dodati iseckanu čokoladu i promešati da se čokolada istopi i lepo sjedini sa žumancima. Slatku pavlaku umutiti i sjediniti sa ohladjenim filom od čokolade. Smesu preručiti u čaše i ostaviti u frižider na hlađenje najmanje na 1 h.
Jagode,med i sok od limuna stavite u blender ili uz pomoć štapnog miksera ispasirajte. Sipajte u čaše preko čokolade. Čuvati u frižideru do služenja.
Strawberry & Chocolate
Ingredients needed:
·5 egg yolks
·5 tablespoons of sugar
·150 gr of white milk chocolate
·250 ml of heavy whipping cream
·300 gr of strawberries
·2tablespoons of honey
·1 tablespoon of lemon juice
·6 glasses
Combine egg yolks and sugar and whisk them well for two minutes. Put it on a stove and cook for 3-4 minutes while whisking constantly. You will know when they are ready when you use wooden spoon and run through it with your finger. If traces remain it means it is done. When done remove it from the heat , add chopped chocolate and mix till it melts and nicely incorporates with the yolk mixture. Whip the cream and unite with chilled chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into each glass and leave in the fridge to cool for at least 1 hour. Blend strawberries, honey and lemon juice and pour in the glasses over chocolate. Keep refrigerated until serving.
