Ispržiti 200 gr sitno iseckanih šampinjona sa 1 glavicom crnog luka. Začiniti po ukusu, dodati malo belog luka u prahu i bosiok.
Plavi patlidžan iseći na šnite i izgrilovati ga sa obe strane. Na svaki patlidžan stavite po kašiku pripremljenog fila i urolajte, pa prelijte sa sosom.
Sos: Na malo margarina propržii brašno i dodati paradajz pire. Prokuvati i preliti preko rolnica.

Cook 200 g finely sliced Portobello mushrooms with 1 onion. Spice it and add some garlic powder and basil.
Cut eggplant into slices and grill it on both sides. Put filling on each eggplant slice and roll it in, then cover with sauce.
Sauce: In saucepan, melt small amount of butter, add flour and tomato puree. Let it boil and cover rolls with it.
