Spremite palačinke prema ovom receptu ili već nekom vašem. Pečene palačinke prefilujte sa marmeladom i preklopite na pola i onda opet na pola da ostane 1/4 palačinke.
U tiganju stavite da se otopi 1 kašičica putera, onda preko otopljenog putera složite palačinke.
Najbolje da vam je tiganj dovoljno veliki da mogu stati 4 palačinke (što kod mene nije bio slučaj),tako da formiraju krug. Preko palačinki posuti 2 kašike šećera, a onda zaliti sa polovinom slatke pavlake.
Ostaviti da se krčka oko 3-4 minuta, da se šećer sav istopi. Povremeno protresite tiganj da sos bude svuda ravnomerno. Sve ovo ponovite i sa preostale 4 palačinke.
Služite dok je toplo uz umućenu slatku pavlaku. Hvala Iskri za recept :)

Crapes in sweet cream sauce
Ingredients needed:
8 crapes ( prepared ahead)
Apricot marmalade
300 ml of sweet cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of butter
Prepare crapes first. You can use my recipe on this site or others. Spread some marmalade over crapes, then fold in half and then again in half to get ¼ of a crape. Melt one teaspoon of butter on medium heat and place prepared crapes in melted butter.It would be the best if your skillet was big enough to hold all 4 crapes together. This way they will make a circle shape. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar and cover with half of the cream.
Leave it to cook for 3-4 minutes till all sugar dissolves. Occasionally shake skillet in order for sauce to be equally spread around each crape.
Repeat this process with rest of the four crapes. Serve while hot with some whipping cream as a garnish.
