Na ulju propržiti sitno iseckani crni i beli luk. Ubaciti na kockice isečene tikvice i na listiće isečene šampinjone i sve dobro prodinstati. Dodati boraniju i kukuruz. Naliti s malo vode i dinstati 15-20 minuta na laganoj vatri. Sve naliti sa sokom od paradajza i posuti sa šećerom. Začiniti sa solju i biberom, a na kraju umešati ajvar. Kuvati dok čorba ne bude gusta, a onda poslužiti uz kačamak ili palentu.
Stew with ajvar
Ingredients needed:
1 onion
Clove of garlic
300 gr of zucchinis
100 gr of sweet corn
100 gr green beans
200 gr button mushrooms
250 ml of tomato juice
3 tablespoons of ajvar
so
pepper
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Sauté chopped onions in a medium size skillet. Add cubed zucchini and sliced mushrooms, stir and let it cool. Add beans and corn. Cover with little bit of water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Pour tomato juice over veggies and sprinkle with sugar. Season with salt and pepper, and lastly add ajvar. Cook all together till it thickens and serve with polenta.
