Potrebno je:
450 gr zamrznute zelene boranije (Frikom)
2 glavice crnog luka
2 čena belog luka
3 jaja
200 ml neutralne pavlake
začin
nekoliko šnita slanine
Iseckati crni luk,beli luk i zajedno sa boranijom propržiti na malo ulja. Sipati u činiju u koju će da se peče. Viljuškom umutiti jaja sa neutralnom pavlakom i preliti preko boranije. Začiniti po ukusu. Pokriti sa šnitama slanine.....
.... i staviti da se peče u zagrejanu rernu na 200 °C dok ne porumeni.
Zapečena boranija u vašem izvođenju
Tasia Green beans
Ingredients needed: 300 gr of green beans
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 tomato
parsley
5 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of flour
paprika
salt and black pepper
little bit of milk or cream
Sauté chopped onion on three tablespoons of oil. Add beans, tomato, and sliced carrots. Gradually add water and cook till vegetables soften. On rest of the oil add flour, chopped garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté a bit then add water, let it come to boil and pour it into beans. Season with salt, and add a little bit more water. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add a bit of cream on top and garnish with parsley.
