Ponovo sam spremala domaći mascarpone i ovoga puta sam ga upotrebila za Tiramisu u drugom obliku.
Moram da pohvalim i mog fotografa Davida (6 god.),
koji je profesionalno obavio posao :)
Potrebno:
100 ml hladnog nes-a ili crne kafe
200 gr piškota
200 gr mascarpona
1 puna kašika šećera u prahu
1 vanilin šećer
kakao
Skuvati kafu i ostaviti da se skroz ohladi. Piškote sitno izmrviti i preliti sa ohlađenom kafom. Ostaviti par minuta da odstoji. Mascarpone izmešati sa šećerom u prahu i vanilom pa dodati u činiju gde se nalaze prelivene piškote. Sve dobro izmešati.
Uzimati sa kašičicom smesu....
....praviti kuglice.....
..... i uvaljati ih u kakao.
Svaku kuglicu staviti u papirnatu korpicu.
Pre služenja,tiramisu praline dobro ohladite .
U originalnom receptu,među sastojcima je bio liker Amareto,koji ja nisam imala. Ako želite da ga dodate, stavite 2 kašike u smesu sa mascarpene sirom, pre nego što sve sjedinite sa piškotama.

Tiramisu pralines
Again I have prepared homemade mascarpone and this time used it for the Tiramisu in different form. I have to praise my photographer David (6 yr.), who did a professional job :)
Ingredients:
100 ml of cold ness or a black coffee
200 g of lady’s finger(small sponge cake with sugar topping)
200 g mascarpone
1 spoonful of sugar powder
1 vanillin sugar
cocoa
Brew coffee and leave to cool completely. Lady's finger crumble finely and overflow with chilled coffee. Leave for a few minutes. Mascarpone mix with powdered sugar and vanilla and add to bowl with dressed lady's finger. All mix good. Taken the mixture with spoon....(2) make beads... (3) ..... and roll them in cocoa. (4)
Each bead put in the paper punnet. (5) Before serving, tiramisu praline chill good. (6) In the original recipe, among the ingredients was the Amaretto liqueur, which I didn’t have. If you want to add it, put 2 spoons in the mixture with mascarpone cheese, before you all mix with the lady's finger. (7)
