Danas sam ih odnela prijateljima kada sam išla u posetu.
Nadam se da su im se svideli :)
Potrebno za mafine:
250 gr brašna
200 gr šećera
1/2 kesice praška za pecivo(6 gr)
1/4 kašičice sode bikarbone
2 kašike kakaa
250 ml mleka
100 gr čokolade
80 ml ulja
2 vanilin šećera
1 jaje
I još treba:
1 puding sa ukusom slatke pavlake
350 ml mleka
3 kašike šećera
150 ml slatke pavlake
čokolada za ukrašavanje
U odgovarajuću posudu sipati brašno i dodati prašak za pecivo, sodu, šećer, kakao i vanilu. U drugoj posudi sjediniti jaje,mleko i ulje, a onda preručiti u posudu gde se nalaze suvi sastojci i izmiksati da se sve lepo sjedini. Pleh za mini mafine(24 kom.) premazati sa uljem, a onda uz pomoć kašičice sipati smesu, ali ne do vrha jer će mafini narasti prilikom pečenja. Na vrh smese staviti po parče čokolade.
Zagrejati rernu na 200 °C i staviti da se peku oko 10 minuta. Gotove mafine izvadite i ostavite da se prohlade. 250 ml mleka staviti sa tri kašike šećera da se kuva. U preostalih 100 ml mleka sipati puding i promešati da nema grumuljica. U provrelo mleko sipati rastopljeni puding i kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Kada je gotov,skloniti sa vatre. Posudu u kojoj se kuvao puding pokriti sa rastegljivom folijom i ostaviti dok se puding skroz ne ohladi. Umutiti150 ml slatke pavlake i dodati je u već ohlađen puding. Miksati dok se sve lepo ne izjednači. Fil sipati u kesu sa okruglim nastavkom i ukrasiti sa njim mafine. Na vrh staviti čokoladu.
Mini Chocó muffins
Ingredients needed:
• 250 gr flour
• 200 g sugar
• 1 / 2 pack of baking powder (6 g)
• 1 / 4 teaspoon of baking soda
• 2 spoons of cocoa
• 250 ml milk
• 100 g chocolate
• 80 ml oil
• 2 vanilla sugar
• 1 egg Also needed:
• 1 pudding with sweet cream flavor
• 350 ml milk
• 3 spoonful of sugar
• 150 ml sweet cream
• chocolate for decoration
In the appropriate bowl pour flour and add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. In the second bowl combined egg, milk and oil, and then combine it with dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients into nice smooth batter. Use the muffin pan (24 mini muffins). Grease them with oil, then with the help of spoon pour the mixture in each muffin cup, but not all the way to the top because it will rise during baking. Place a piece of chocolate on each muffin top. Preheat oven to 200 °C and bake muffins for 10 minutes. Remove baked muffins and let them cool. Place 250 ml of milk with 3 spoonfuls of sugar on the stove to cook. Mix rest of the 100 ml of milk with pudding powder and whisk till lump free. In boiling milk pour pudding mixture and cook till it thickens. Remove from the stove, cover with plastic foil and let it completely cool. Mix 150 ml of fresh cream and add to cooled pudding. Mix till it’s all incorporated into nice smooth filling. Pour in filling the bag with the round tip and continue to decorate muffins. Place chocolate on the top of each muffin. Enjoy
