Veal medallions
Cut veal fillets into chunks (thickness 3 cm). Season with salt and pepper and with millet tenderize each one. Place bacon strips around each filler, and attach ends with tooth pick.
Frizzle each one on medium heat on both sides. Towards the end add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and handful of dried prunes. Server along with mashed potatoes, rice , etc.
