Jela u koja dodajete soja-sos ne bi trebalo dodatno da solite (ali ja ovaj krompir jesam) i dodajete im mnogo začina. Ovaj preliv je aromatičan i svakom jelu daje poseban ukus,a uz to je i jak.
Potrebno je:
500 gr krompira
1 glavica crnog luka
4-5 kašika maslinovog ulja
2 čena belog luka
2 kašike soja-sosa
malo bibera i soli
kašika susama
U veći tiganj sipajte ulje,oljuštite krompir i isecite na kockice. Kada se ulje dobro zagreje, stavite krompir u tiganj i pržite 7-8 minuta. Smanjite temperaturu pa dodajte sitno iseckani beli i crni luk i pržite još 5-6 minuta. Jelo prelijte soja sosom,posolite i biberite i krčkajte na nižoj temperaturi još 2-3 minuta. Susam malo propržite, stavite preko krompira i servirajte.
Sesame potatoes
Ingredients needed:
500 gr of potatoes
1 onion
4-5 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds
Add some oil in a large skillet and when hot add peeled and cubed potatoes. Fry them for 7-8 minutes. Lower the heat and add chopped garlic, onions, and cook 5-6 more minutes. Add soy sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook on low heat for 2-3 more minutes. Roast some sesame seeds and sprinkle over served potatoes.
