Spanać dobro operite , stavite u vrelu vodu i malo prokuvajte. Ako dodate malo sode bikarbone,spanać će zadržati svetliju boju.
Gotov spanać ocedite od vode a zatim i rukama istisnite preostalu vodu. Spanać sitno iseckajte. Možete i uz pomoć blendera,secka,mašine za meso...
Na malo ulja ili masti,propržite sitno seckani crni i beli luk. Kada je luk na pola propržen, dodajte spanać i sve zajedno propržite.
Posebno sjedinite brašno,2 jaja,mleko i začinite po želji a zatim sve sipajte u proprženi spanać i dobro promešajte.
U odgovarajući sud, sipajte smesu sa spanaćem a onda na sredinu razbijte celo jaje i zapecite u rerni na 200 °C.
Baked spinach
Ingredients needed:
1 kg of spinach
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoons of flour
3 eggs
200 ml of milk
