Prva kora: U odgovarajućoj posudi sjediniti mleveni keks, orahe i kakao, pa sipati mleko i promešati. Posebno umutiti puter sa šećerom u prahu, dodati predhodno pripremljenoj masi od mlevenog keksa i sve dobro izmešati.
Druga kora: Belanac umutiti u čvrst sneg, pa postepeno dodavati šećer i mutiti sve vreme. Zatim dodati brašno, prašak za pecivo, ulje i kokos, pa polako promešati sa varjačom. Pripremljenu masu sipati u pravougaonu tepsiju obloženi sa papirom za pečenje. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C. Čim izvadite pečenu koru iz rerne,prekrijte je vlažnom krpom,kako ne bi pucala prilikom savijanja.
Treća kora : Belanac umutiti u čvrst sneg pa postepeno dodavati šećer i mutiti sve vreme. Potom dodati mlevene orahe, prašak za pecivo i brašno, pa lagano promešati sa varjačom. Pripremljenu masu sipati u pravougaonu tepsiju obloženu sa papirom za pečenje. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C.Čim izvadite pečenu koru iz rerne,prekrijte je vlažnom krpom,kako ne bi pucala prilikom savijanja.
Fil: U odgovarajućoj posudi umutiti žumanca, šećer i vanilin šećer, pa kuvati na pari dok se ne dobije gust krem. Posebno umutiti puding od vanile, gustin i mleko, te kuvati na umerenoj temperaturi, uz stalno mešanje, dok se masa ne zgusne. Masu ostaviti da se ohladi i sjediniti je sa filom od žumanaca. Na kraju dodati penasto umućen margarin.
Finalni postupak: Od mase za prvu koru oblikovati rolat na sredini tacne, premazati ga trećinom fila, pa prekriti sa drugom korom. Zatim opet premazati trećinu fila, prekriti trećom korom u naneti poslednju trećinu fila.
Slatku pavlaku umutiti u čvrst šlag,premazati tortu i dekorisati po ukusu. Ja sam je prelila sa otopljenom čokoladom.

First layer:
200 gr of ground biscuits

2 tablespoons of cocoa

6 egg whites

6 tablespoons of flour
1 package of baking powder
1 tablespoons of oil
200 gr of coconut
Third layer:
6 egg whites
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of walnuts
6 tablespoons of flour
1 baking powder
Filling:
12 egg yolks
8 tablespoons of sugar
2 vanilla sugars
2 vanilla puddings
3 tablespoons of pudding
6 dl of milk
250 gr of margarine
Decorations:
4 dl of sweet cream

First layer: In an appropriate bowl, combine together ground biscuits, walnuts, cocoa powder, add milk and stir. On the side mix together butter with powdered sugar and add to biscuit mixture and stir all together.
Second layer:Beat egg whites while gradually adding sugar. Beat constantly until soft peaks form. Add flour, baking powder, oil, coconut and fold in with wooden spoon. Pour mixture onto rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C. As soon as you remove it from the oven, cover with moist kitchen towel so that cake wouldn’t crack during rolling.

Filling: Mix yolk with sugar, vanilla sugar and cook it on double boiler on steam till you get thick cream. On the side mix pudding, cornstarch, milk and cook it slowly on medium heat till it thickens.Set aside and let it cool then incorporate together with yolk mixture and add beaten margarine to it.
Final step: From mass that you made for first layer form roulade on the middle of the platter. Spread 1/3 of feeling and cover with another cake layer. Spread another 1/3 of filling and cover with third cake layer and coat with rest of the filling. Whipcream till thick and cover an entire cake with it. Decorate as desired. I used chocolate glaze as decoration.
