Potrebno je:
1 baget hleb
120 ml maslinovog ulja
2 čena belog luka
2 kašike sitno seckanog peršuna
malo morske soli
malo mlevenog bibera
Bager isecite na 12 debljih kriški a zatim kriške prepoloviti ili ostavite cele (kao što sam ja uradila).
U činijicu izmešajte maslinovo ulje,sitno iseckan ili izgnječen beli luk, peršun, morsku so i mleveni biber. Dobro promešati a zatim premažite parčiće baget hleba sa obe strane.
Na drvene roštilj štapiće pažljivo nabodite po 6 polovina hleba ili 3 ako ste ih ostavili da su celi. Staviti na umereno zagrejan roštilj, da se sa svake strane peku po 2-3 minuta. Poslužite ih tople s mesom sa roštilja.
Ingredients needed:
1 bread baguette

2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
little bit of sea salt
little bit of pepper
Slice baguette into 12 thick slices. Cut them in half or leave them whole like I did. In small bowl mix olive oil, chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well then coat each slice of bread with this mixture equally on both sides. Pierce 6 slices of toast with skewers ( if you cut them in half and if they are in whole do 3 on each skewer).Place it onto hot grill and grill 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve them while still hot along with variety of grilled meat.
