Potrebno je:
4 teleće krmenadle
80 gr svežeg hleba
40 gr slanine
1 grančica ruzmarina
2 jajeta
200 gr krompira
brašno
ulje
puter

Oljuštite krompir,očistite ga, operite i isecite na žilijen (tanke trakice). Dobro ga istapkajte papirnim kuhinjskim ubrusom.
Sipajte dosta ulja u tiganj za prženje,zagrejte ga,dodajte gomilice krompira koje ste oblikovali u loptice i pržite ih 2-3 minuta na srednjoj vatri,dok ne postanu hrskave. Ocedite ih i prebacite u sud.
Iscepkajte sredinu hleba i stavite je u blender sa slaninom isečenom na kockice i iglicama ruzmarina. Stavite krmenadle između dva lista papira za pečenje i tučkom istucite što jače možete. Uvaljajte ih u brašno,pa u jaja,a zatim u pripremljenu smesu.
Rastopite 50 gr putera u teflonskom tiganju,ubacite krmenadle i pržite ih 3-4 minuta po strani. Okrenite ih samo jednom, i to špatulom.Izvadite meso iz tiganja,posolite ga i poslužite uz gnezdašca od krompira.
Sledeći put ću sve ovo isto probati ali sa pilećim fileom ili svinjskom krmenadlo.

Ingredients needed:
4 veal cutlets
80 gr of fresh bread
40 gr of bacon
1 sprig of rosemary
2 eggs
200 gr of potatoes
flour
oil
butter
salt
Peel potatoes, wash and grate thinly (like spaghetti). Dry it well with towel paper. Heat frying pan and add lots of oil. Add piles of potatoes which you formed into balls and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat, till crunchy. Drain and set aside. Tear pieces of bread and put it into blender together with chopped bacon bits and rosemary. Place cutlets between two sheets of parchment paper and with mallet pound as hard as you can. Roll into into flour, eggs then prepared mixture. Melt 50 gr of butter into Teflon skillet, place prepared cutlets and fry 3-4 minutes per each side. Flip it only once. Remove from skillet, season with salt and serve along with potato nests. Next time I am going to try this dish with chicken filets.
