Potrebno je:
20 gr putera
80 gr slanine
100 gr sredine hleba
šaka sitno seckanog peršuna
200 gr šargarepe
so i biber
Rastopite puter u dubljem teflonskom tiganju, dodajte slaninu iseckanu na kockice i pržite na tihoj vatri dok ne postane hrskava. Iseckajte na kockice 100 gr sredine od hleba, dodajte je u tiganj sa slaninom i pržite uz često mešanje sve dok ne dobije lepu boju. Dodajte šaku seckanog peršuna i šargarepe koje ste pre toga skuvali i isekli na tanke kolutiće.
Posolite,pobiberite, pa sklonite sa vatre i poslužite dok je toplo. Dobar su prilog pečenjima i rostbifu.

Ingredients needed:
20 gr of butter
80 gr of bacon
100 gr of center part of bread
handful of chopped parsley
200 gr of carrots
salt and pepper
Melt butter into deep skillet, add minced bacon and sauté on low heat till crunchy. Cut bread into small cubes and add it to bacon. Cook while frequently stirring till it gets nice color. Add handful of parsley and carrots with you previously cooked and chopped into small disks.Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and serve while warm.
