Potrebno je:
2 plava patlidžana
200 gr kačkavalja
200 gr šunke
2 jaja
prezla
brašno
ulje
so i biber
Plave patlidžane isečemo na tankekrugove odstranjujući krajeve. Na svaki krug stavimo krug šunke i kačkavalj. Zatvorimo drugim krugom patlidžana.
Svaki sendvič uvaljamo u brašno,jaja,prezlu i pržimo u tiganju na zagrejanom ulju. Izvadimo na papir da upije višak masnoće. Poređamo sendviče i dekorišemo grančicama bosiljka.
Breaded eggplant with kačkavalj and ham
Ingredients needed:
2 egg plants
200 gr kačkavalj ( cheese)
200 gr of ham
2 of eggs
breadcrumbs
flour
oil
salt and pepper
Slice eggplants and remove ends. On each slice place slice of ham and cheese. Close with another slice of eggplant. Roll each sandwich into flour, eggs, breadcrumbs and fry in heated oil. Remove them on towel paper to drain excess oil. Arrange them onto platter and garnish with fresh basil.
