Potrebno:
1 stari hleb
200 gr crnih i zelenih maslinki
200 gr šunke
50 gr putera
4 jaja
200 ml + 50 ml vode
100 gr + 50 gr kačkavalja
1 kašika paradajz pirea
1 kašičica origana
ulje
so i biber
Hleb isečemo na kocke i prelijemo vodom. Dodamo deo maslina isečenih na krugove i kockice šunke(polovinu). Posolimo i umesimo rukom. Rasporedimo na nauljenu tepsiju i premažemo puterom. Pečemo 15 minuta na 200 °C.
U dublji sud izrendamo kačkavalj i dodamo jaja. U sud sa paradajz pireom dodamo origano i 50 ml vode. Pobiberimo i dodamo ulje. Topenicu prelijemo umućenim jajima i kačkavaljom,pa sosom sa začinima.Nanesemo krugove maslinki,ostatak seckane šunke i rendani kačkavalj. Pečemo još 10 minuta na istoj temperaturi.
Melting dish
Ingredients:
1 old bread
200 gr of black and green olives
200 gr of ham
50 gr of butter
4 eggs
200 ml + 50 ml of water
100 gr + 50 gr kačkavalj ( cheese)
1 tbs tomato puree
1 tsp oregano
oil
salt and pepper
Cut bread into small cubes and pour over with water. Add sliced olives, cubes of ham (half only). Season with salt and mix with hands.Arrange mixture onto greased pan and spread with butter. Bake 15 minutes at 200 C. In a bowl grate cheese and add eggs. In a bowl with tomato puree add oregano and 50 ml of water. Season with pepper and add oil. Pour mixture over baked pie, cheese and sauce with seasonings. Add slices olives, rest of the ham and grated cheese. Bake 10 more minutes on same temperature as before.
