Kolač (pita) sa jabukama i cimetom - Apple pie #1
Potrebno je:
- 250 gr brašna
- 130 gr šećera
- 140 gr maslaca + za premazivanje kalupa
- 1 jaje
- 100 ml mleka
- 1/2 kašičice praška za pecivo
- cimet
- 1 jabuka
- aluminijumska folija
Za preliv:
- 200 gr šećera
- 120 ml vode
Od brašna, šećera, maslaca, jajeta, praška za pecivo i mleka zamesiti testo. Uviti tasto u rastegljivu foliju i staviti 30 minuta u frižider.
Kalup prečnika od 22-24 cm premažite sa maslacem. Operite jabuku, isecite je u obliku diska i odstranite joj semenke. Jabuku složiti na dnu kalupa,a onda ih posuti sa cimetom u prahu. Foliju premazati sa uljem, a zatim na tu istu foliju razvući testo u veličini kalupa. Uz pomoć folije testo prebacite preko jabuka, a onda foliju odstranite, pa poravnjajte kolač. Kolač peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 °C oko 35-40 minuta.
Pečeni kolač izvadite iz rerne,a zatim ga prevrnuti na odgovarajući tanjir i premazati(preliti) ušpinovanim šećerom.
Ušpinovan šećer: šećer karamelizovati u šerpici. Kada šećer dobije zlatnu boju, dodati vodu i kuvati do željene gustine. Preliti ga preko kolača.

Ingredients needed:
- 250 gr of flour
- 130 gr of sugar
- 140 gr of butter, plus extra for the baking dish
- 1 whole egg
- 100 ml of milk
- ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- Cinnamon
- 1 apple
- Aluminum foil
For the glaze:
- 200 gr of sugar
- 120 ml of water
Combine flour, sugar, butter, egg, baking powder and milk and make pastry dough. Wrap it into the foil and put it in the fridge for 30 min. Prepare the baking dish (22-24 cm diameter) by spreading some butter on it. Wash the apples and slice them in the shape of the disk. Remove the seeds and spread them on the bottom of the dish. Spread them with some cinnamon. Grease the foil with some oil and roll the dough same size as the dish. With help of foil line the dough over the apples and level it a bit. Bake the pie in preheated oven on 180 c around 35-40 min. Remove the baked pie from the oven , flip it over on a desired platter and pour over with caramelized sugar.
Melt sugar on top of the stove. When it reaches golden color, add water and cook till you reach desired thickness. Pour it over the pie.
