U mlako mleko staviti kvasac da nadođe. Slaninu iseći na kockice i propržiti je, a zatim i procediti. Slaninu staviti u mleko,dodati sitno iseckani vlašac, posoliti i zamesti testo sa brašno, da bude mekano, tek toliko da se ne lepi za ruke. Napraviti pogačice i složiti ih u tepsiju. Ostaviti da nadođu, sa nožem ih blago, unakrst zasecite, a zatim ih pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C dok blago ne porumene. Kada su pečene, još onako vruće ih premažite sa hladnom vodom,zatim ih uvijte u čistu krpu da malo odstoje. Pogačice poslužite uz "Neobičan paprikaš".

Ingredients needed:
100 gr of bacon
1/2 cube of fresh yeast
200 ml of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
flour
shallots
Soak yeast in warm milk and let it foam. Chop up bacon in small cubes and sauté then drain excess oil. Place bacon in milk, add chopped shallots, season with salt and knead with flour. Dough will have to be soft but not too soft where it would stick on your hands. Form pogacice and place them in greased baking pan. Let them rise a bit then with knife cut crosswise. Bake them in preheated oven at 200 °C till nicely golden color. When baked, smear them with cold water, wrap in clean kitchen cloth towel and let them cool.
