Za testo:
500 gr brašna
1 kockica kvasca
250 ml mleka
1 kašičica šećera
1/2 kašičice soli
2 žumanceta
60 gr putera
Za fil:
250 gr sira
100 gr kačkavalja
100 ml kisele pavlake
100 gr šunke
1 žumance
Za premazivanje i posipanje:
1 jaje
susam
lan
U odgovarajućoj posudi sjediniti kvasac, mlako mleko, šećer, so i kašičicu brašna, pa ostaviti da nadođe. U nadošao kvasac dodati žumanca i otopljen puter, pa postepeno dodavati brašno i mesiti sve vreme dok se ne dobije glatko testo. Umešeno testo ostaviti na toplom da nadođe.
Fil:
Kačkavalj izrendati na krupno,šunku sitno iseckati. U odgovarajućoj posudi sjediniti sir, kačkavalj,pavlaku, šunku i žumance, pa dobro izmešati.
Nadošlo testo razvući uz pomoć oklagije na debljinu od 3-4 mm, a zatim iseći na kvadrate dimenzije 9 x 9 cm. Na svaki kvadrat staviti po kašiku pripremljenog fila, ivice premazati belancetom pa ih spojiti i dobro pričvrstiti kako bi se dobio izgled zavežljaja.
Filovano testo premazati umućenim jajetom,posuti susamom i lanom. Staviti u tepsiju obloženu papirom za pečenje i peći na temperaturi od 200 °C dok ne porumeni.

Filling: 250 gr of cheese 100 gr kačkavalj ( cheese kind) 100 ml of sour cream 100 gr ham 1 yolk
For coating and spinkling: 1 egg sesame seeds flax seed
In an appropriate bowl combine yeast, milk, sugar, salt and teaspoon of flour, and let it foam. When ready add egg yolk, melted butter, and gradually add flour and mix till you get smooth dough. Set aside in warm place till it proofs.
Stuffing: Grate kačkavalj (cheese) and finally mince ham. In a bowl combine cheese, kačkavalj, cream, ham, yolk and stir all together.
Roll proofed pastry with help of rolling pin into 3-4 mm thickness. Cut into squares (9 x9 dimensions). On each square place one tablespoon of prepared stuffing, coat edges with egg white and glue them onto each other. Coat stuffed pastry with whisked egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds.Place them onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake on 200 C till golden brown.
