Potrebno je:
4 paradajza
150 gr sitnog ili krem sira
100 gr feta sira
2 čena belog luka
50 gr susama
peršunov list
so i biber
U odgovarajuću posudu staviti sitan i feta sir. Dodati sitno iseckan beli luk, predhodno propržen susam,so,biber i iseckani peršunom list. Sve dobro izmešati. Odseći vrhove paradajza i kašikom izvaditi sredinu. Napuniti paradajz pripremljenom smesom i servirati (punila sam sa špricom za torte).

Tomatoes “ Paradise Pleasure”
Ingredients: 4 tomatoes 150 gr small curd or cream cheese 100 gr feta cheese 2 cloves of garlic 50 gr of sesame seeds parsley leaves salt and pepper
In an appropriate bowl place small curd cheese and feta cheese together. Add finely chopped garlic, roasted sesame seeds, salt, black pepper and chopped parsley. Mix all together. Cut off the tops of tomatoes and scoop out the middle of it. Fill each tomato with stuffing you prepared and serve. I piped the stuffing with help of piping bag.
