Ovo sam spremala pre neko veče za večeru.
Na kraju,nisam znala da li su pužići ili ružice :)
Testo
600 gr brašna
200 ml mleka
100 ml ulja
1 jaje
2 kašičice soli
1 kašičica šećera
1 kašičica sirćeta
1 kockica kvasca
seme lana
belanac za premazivanje Fil

U mlako mleko staviti šećer,kašiku brašna i kvasac i ostaviti da nadođe. U vanglicu pomešati jaje,ulje,so i sirće.Dodati nadošlo mleko i zamesiti testo sa brašnom. Vanglicu pokriti sa čistom krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu da testo nadođe. Nadošlo testo premesiti još jednom,kidati loptice od testa i razvlačiti sa rukom, da jedan kraj bude deblji a onda kako se ide prema drugom kraju da bude tanje.
Savijati testo od debljeg kraja . Početak i kraj malo podvući pod ostatak testa i napraviti pužića .
Prstom napraviti udubljene kroz sredinu.Može da ide skroz kroz sredinu,do 1 cm od dna. Testo premazati umućenim belancetom a zatim posuti sa lanom. Sa kašičicom, u sredinu sipati fil .
Ostaviti 10 minuta da odstoji,zatim ga staviti da se peče na 200 °C oko 15 minuta. Kada izvadite iz rerne,pokrijte ga 5 minuta sa krpom dok je još u prehu a zatim prebacite na tanjir.

Snails or roses
Dough 600 gr gr of flour 200 ml milk 100 ml oil 1 egg 2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of vinegar 1 cube of fresh yeast flax seeds egg white for brushing
Filling 1 egg little bit of cheese salt
Add sugar, flour and yeast in little bit of warm milk and let it foam. In a mixing bowl add egg, oil, salt and vinegar. Add foamed yeast and knead dough. Cover with clean cloth and set aside in warm place so it can proof. When doubled in size stir one more time, and tear small balls from the dough and stretch them out with hands. Make sure one side stays thicker and one gets thinner. Roll the dough from thicker end to thinner. Start point and end point tuck under formed dough to form a snail. With finger form a pit in the middle. Brush the finished product with whisked egg white, and sprinkle with flax seeds. With teaspoon place a filling in the centers. Set aside 10 minutes to rest, then place it at 200 °C temperature oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with clean kitchen cloth for 5 minutes and then place them on a platter.
