Bademe ispecite i iseckajte ili sameljite krupno. Badem pomešajte sa izmrvljenim keksom, pa od ove mase odvojite jedan deo za posipanje, a ostatak pomešajte sa dve kašike šećera u prahu i maslacem.
Jabuke oljuštite i presecite na pola. Očistite od semena i kuvajte kratko u vodi sa malo šećera i sokom od limuna.
Kuvane jabuke izvadite i ostavite da se ocede. Umutite žumanca sa 4 kašike šećera, dodajte skrobno brašno i vanilin šećer i postepeno pomešajte sa vrijućim mlekom. Kuvajte dok se ne zgusne.
Krem sipajte na tacnu, jabuke napunite pripremljenom masom od badema i keksa i stavite na tacnu preko krema. Pospite bademom i keksom i kada se dobro ohladi servirajte sa sladoledom.
For Ingredients:
·6 sour apples ( like Granny Smith)
·1 lemon
·75 gr roasted almonds
·75 grof ground cookie biscuits
·200 gr of powdered sugar
·½ teaspoon of cinnamon
·40 gr of butter
For the cream ( filling):
·½ l milk
·2 egg yolks
·4 spoons of sugar
·3 spoons of corn starch
·1 pack of vanilla sugar
·250 gr of ice cream
Roast and chop almonds. Combine chopped almonds with ground biscuits and stir. Set some mixture aside for sprinkling, and rest mix in with 2 spoonfuls of powdered sugar and butter. Peel the apples and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the core and cook briefly in syrup made of sugar and some added slices of lemon for extra flavor. Mix rest of the powdered sugar and butter together. Take out the cooked apples and let them drain a bit. Whisk yolks, 4 tablespoons of sugar, add corn starch, vanilla and gradually mix in the hot milk. Cook till it thickens. Pour the cooked cream on the serving platter. Fill the apples with mixture of almonds and biscuits and arrange them on top of the cream. Sprinkle with almonds and biscuits that you set aside at the beginning of the process. Let it cool and serve with ice cream.
