Potrebno je:
8 manjih kajzerica
250 gr šampinjona
150 gr šunke
100 gr kačkavalja
100 gr putera
2 jajeta
2 dl pavlake
1/2 vezice peršuna

Kajzericama odrezati vrhove, a zatim im izdubiti sredinu. Šampinjone iseći na listove, šunku na kockice a kačkavalj izrendati na krupno rende, a peršun što sitnije iseckati.
U tiganju na malo putera pržiti šampinjone dok ne omekšaju, a suvišna tečnost ne ispari. Zatim dodati peršun, šunkaricu,začin po ukusu, pa propržiti još 5 minuta. Kada se fil ohladi,dodati kačkavalj i polako promešati. Unutrašnjost kajzerica premazati ostatkom putera, a zatim puniti pripremljenim filom.
Posebno umutiti jaje i pavlaku i preliti preko fila kako bi se unutrašnjost kajzerica ispunila do vrha.
Tepsiju obložiti papirom za pečenje, poslagati punjene kajzerice i staviti u rernu da se zapeku na 150 °C.
Zapečene kajzerice biće mekše ako se pokriju vlažnom krpom i ostave da se malo ohlade. Stuffed buns
Ingredients :
8 small buns
250 gr mushrooms
150 gr of ham
100 gr kačkavalj- cheese
100 gr of butter
2 eggs
2 dl of cream
1/2 sprig of parsley

Cut off the top of buns, and scoop out the center. Slice mushrooms, cube ham, chop parsley, and grate cheese. In a skillet sauté mushrooms on some butter till they are soft and extra fluid evaporates. Add parsley, ham, season according to taste, and sauté for 5 minutes. When filling has cooled a bit, add kačkavalj and stir. Coat insides of buns with rest of butter, and stuff them with filling. Whisk an egg and cream and pour over filling. Line baking tray with parchment paper, line buns, and place them in oven on 150 °C. Till golden color. Baked buns will be softer texture if you cover them with damp cloth as soon as you remove them from oven so they can cool a bit like that.
