Potrebno je:
1 kesica krompir pirea
125 ml mleka
50 gr putera
50 gr kukuruza
50 gr mariniranih šampinjona
1 manja šargarepa
1 žumance
peršun
50 gr graška
1 iseckana paprika
ulje
so i mleveni biber
Rastopimo polovinu puter i dodamo mleko. Uz neprekidno mešanje,dodamo prašak za pire. Kada dobije potrebnu gustinu,sklonimo sa šporeta,dodamo drugu polovinu putera i žumance. Napunimo špric pireom i na plehu obloženom papirom formiramo gnezda . Pečemo 15 minuta na 180 °C.
Na zagrejanom ulju pržimo kockice šargarepe. Dodamo grašak,kukuruz,papriku i šampinjone.Izdinstamo povrće. Posolimo i pobiberimo i dodamo sitno seckani peršun. Gotova gnezda stavimo na činiju i napunimo izdinstanim povrćem i poslužimo kao predjelo.
Veggie nest
Ingredients needed:
1 pack of mashed potato
125 ml of milk
50 gr of butter
50 gr of corn
50 gr of marinated button mushrooms
1 small carrot
1 egg yolk
parsley
50 gr of peas
1 chopped pepper
oil
salt and ground pepper
Melt half of butter and add milk. While constantly stirring, add mashed potatoes. When we reach needed thickness, remove from heat; add other half of butter and yolk. Place mixture into piping bag and on baking tray lined with paper form nests. Bake for 15 minutes on 180 °C.
On heated oil sauté chopped carrots. Add peas, corn, pepper and mushrooms. Cook veggies a little bit. Season with salt and peppers and add chopped parsley. When nests are done place them onto plate, stuff them with veggies and serve while hot.
