Iseckati meso,praziluk, šargarepu i staviti da se kuva. Kada meso bude kuvano, sipati sok od paradajza, staviti testeninu i kuvati još 10-ak minuta. Začiniti sa suvim začinom, posoli i pobiberi. Na kraju,dodati malo naseckanog lista od celera.
Što se tiče soka od paradajza, možete dodati i više, zavisno koliko volite da čorba bude kisela.

Ingredients:
300 g beef (boneless neck)
1 smaller leek
1 carrot
½ l tomato juice
